I was after inspiration in cooking, and while this is quite well written, there is a dearth of graphics through the book. The recipes are nice, but not too complex for the home person to cook as well, so well done to the author on that.

I looked at some of it. Not bad. I was wanting something authentic so I got it. Haha. Well they do sound good though.

I couldnt try it but I recognize some recipes, especialy portuguese and brazilian, and they are essencially correct, só I believe that all book was correct too. I can't wait to try a lot of recipes of this book. I only dont know where I should start germany, greece or france?Thank you very muchPlease sorry for my poor english. I speak portuguese.
