A little light on software and descriptions online, make sure it does what you expect it to do (don't just expect that "hey, it's FOSS hw and sw, I'm sure it's all there"), but if it does it's a very cheap option for it. Oh, and the 10 pin cable, though I had no use for it for I was flashing ESC's with KK flash tool and a self made dongle. If you're doing the same thing and have no clue what you're doing, just search on youtube "flashing esc" or something similar and do some google-ing. You'll get it. You will have to google your way out to actually get pin diagrams and connections to atmel chip configured properly.
