This is an amazing product! It helped reduce my cleaning time and it's very good when used on my hardwood floors. I love that it's very convenient for picking up dog hairs because my dog sheds a ton and cleans up with no problem. It works quietly and can be scheduled to clean at specific times, even when you are not home. Definitely recommend this product, it's worth its price! I like this Robot better cuz it also has a mopping function. I gave my other one to my daughter and she loves it too!

Where to begin? I feel ripped off.Barely used this because it was hardly useful.-Does not connect to wifi enable app like advertised.-Randomly when activated, beeps 3 times then shuts off. No clue why. It was charged for hours. This happens way too often! Usually I turn it off/on—then just as randomly— it starts working.-Weak suction power.-Always stuck in one area—hardly ever covered an entire room. I guess it was better than nothing, but still missed a lot.-Now the charger randomly stopped working!Best part?No way to contact the manufacturer Or look up any questions as to how to address the problems. No phone number or email. Non.-Is there a way to replace the charger?-why does it randomly turn off immediately after activating when it was on full charge?I’ll never know.Save your money and avoid this

The remote is basically useless. Give two commands and just stops. It you could provide a software upgrade it is really needed. You have to be home and watch it like child. Can not start it an leave it will run to the first problem and that's where you will find when you get back. Not very good for that purpose. I am retired and can keep a lookout for all the stops and about 3 hours later it might have finished the living area.

Um so...where to begin? This has been a very unimpressive thing. Suction power isn’t that great. The description I read at the time of purchase really emphasized how it was a mop, sweeper, vacuum combo. I’m not hard to please, so if just had actually successfully vacuumed, we’d be okay.I scheduled it to run over night. But given how heavily advertised this thing’s navigating and “smartness,” I often left it to run overnight in the family room where there were more open areas and no inclines or basically any obstruction.Every morning I would find it powered down in corners or randomly under furniture that it never approached when it was running with us present. It couldn’t properly navigate itself in any way one could call “efficienctly,” or “smart.”The suction power on strong was ridiculously weak. The normal suction power was a joke. All this thing did was cause enormous amounts of noise, buzz randomly from one point to another and get hindered by open spaces. The only dust this thing had any success with was collecting it on its surface since it swept dust up and around but never vacuumed or mopped. By the way, mop? Really? What a joke.This is a terrible purchase and Amazon doesn’t honor returning or exchanging its garbage for stuff that isn’t garbage. DON’T BUY!

Worked great for the first 3 weeks then it stoped working an won’t allow me to reconnect it to the WiFi an won’t even work by the hand held remote

I don’t usually do reviews and was very hesitant to buy this one after reading some of the reviews but I am so glad I did!! This has cut my cleaning time almost in half. We recently got a German Shepherd puppy and he’s going to be inside. The hair!! Oh the hair and grass that I was sweeping up. I would sweep at least twice a day and you could never tell it. Now I start the vacuum and sit on my porch while it does its thing. My floors have never looked so good and it’s almost effortless on my part. The only con I’ve found so far is that it will occasionally wedge itself under the corner of the couch or refrigerator and get stuck. But I’m totally ok with pulling it out every now and then and sending it on its way!

This vacuum had a lot of trouble finding its charging station. It was unable to successfully park in the charger at all. Even when it was 2 feet away and commanded to park. Suction was inadequate and navigation was unorganized and sporadic. The wet mop just simply leaks a 1” wide strip of water on the floor ‘Behind’ the mop. My 1st robot vac, I hope there are better offerings than this. I returned it after 1 week

It works okay for the most part battery lasts for a good amount of time I was never able to connect it to my phone it keeps bumping into my furniture.
