Good unit and does the job. I have not hooked up the hot water line yet because I will need to do a little plumbing under the house first but anticipate no problem. I was concerned about water pressure since I have a well, but it has plenty of force.

This bidet is definitely worth the money. It works well, and installed in minutes.Pros:1) Simple to install.2) Adjustable to fit any toilet.3) Nice looking.4) Works well.5) Doesn't feel or look cheap.6) Using just cold water causes hemorrhoids to disappear! At least for me it has.Cons:1) Only one water tap is US Standard. If you're hooking up both hot and cold, you'll need to buy a second one. The second water tap that came with this hooks up to a water heater and is 1/2", which is standard in Asia where it's common to have a water heater in the bathroom. $0.99 for the tap at Home Depot.2) The control panel is the same level as the toilet seat. If you have a larger hind quarter, it is a little uncomfortable, or maybe unfamiliar. I personally would like to see it drop off an inch or so below the toilet seat.3) The water inlets are covered by the control panel. Getting the plumber's tape around the threads is nearly impossible, but it is doable.All in all, after trying three more expensive units, this one was not only the cheapest, but it was the best! I would prefer if the streams were screw adjustable to fit the person. I have to move forward a few inches for it to hit the right spots, but that's not a big deal. My wife also has to adjust her seat position for the female cleaning.If you're going to use the hot water supply, here in the USA, our water heaters are usually in the garage or attic, so starting the water flow at the bathroom sink to let it heat up while you're negotiating the toilet practice is your best bet. Once the sink water is hot, turn it off if you can reach it, and put the bidet in cleaning mode to allow the hot water to reach the bidet and flush out the line water. I thought I would love the hot water feature, but after using it a while now, I seem to prefer the cold more...

It was very easy to install instructions weren't all that clear on exactly where everything goes and how it works but I had some experience already so I didn't really need instructions all that much it was pretty self-explanatory to me what someone who does not have the experience that I do may have trouble installing it or understanding how to at least but other than that it seems like it's a good product the temperature control part of it is a little interesting because it doesn't really seem to get all that much warmer than the cold I don't know if it mixes cold with hot water somewhere in there and purposely cools down the water or if the warm water function just doesn't work that well I don't know but either way it seems like it's a good product and definitely took a little bit of getting used to but it is a pretty awesome idea and definitely a lot cheaper than the whole toilet change out and or the whole toilet seat change out so if you're on a budget like we are and this is a great option for you at least until you can afford to get the actual whole seat

Great product. Very easy to install. I picked it for the price AND because it had two spray nozzles. The hot water fees would be great but we don’t have a hot line anywhere nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was there should be a cap included to cover the hot inlet. It would only cost the manufacturer a few cents to include it. If the hot is not capped and you turn the temperature/cleaning handle the wrong way water shoots out the hot inlet. A 3/8 brass cap from the store resolved the issue. Suggest you order one with this device.

I recently ordered another bidet but I realized that there was no temperature control too little too late. While still functional, I definitely prefer this. It's weird to me that bidets aren't common in the US because they make you feel so much more sanitary. This worked really well.

Can’t say whether the actual bidet is good or not yet, because I’m in the middle of install & realizing both included adaptors are trash. One is too big to fit either the cold or hot water lines (by a significant amount), & the other stripped out as soon as it was tightened. Not at all pleased to have to stop mid-install to go hunt down the proper adaptors!

Its ok...., and I'm keeping it but the hot and cold water mixture needs to be adjustable. It is pretty cold honestly. My husband says uncomfortably so. The design isn't the greatest either . Where it mounts, the device protrouds snd isn't hidden under the seat at all and makes it a bit ugly to look at. They hide that in the pics. I'd return it but it's installed now and no leaks. It was a PIA to install because they made the hookups for water to the toilet, too close . I recommend you put it mostly together then mount the unit. Not like the directions say. I can handle the cold but disappointed in that. For the cost, it dose it's job , has good power. You have to wiggle to get the proper cleaning areas due to the sprayers are side by side, not in the middle where it needs to be. I'm going to keep it ,but with what I know now i probly would have chosen something different.

At first I was very spectacle about a bidet, but honestly it's kinda life changing no more tp stuck in places you hate. Especially in hair. I really enjoy feeling really clean afterward. I wish I could use the warm water, but I can't due to my plumbing setup. I probably would five star, if I were able to use the warm function.

Our 10 year old decided he wanted a bidet. Not sure how he ever found out about them, but I did not want to invest too much time and money into one. We chose this one based on the price and compatibility.We received the package and well I gave it to my huiband to install. After about 30 minutes he had it all installed. He said it came with all the extra pieces needed to hook it up to the existing system. He showed our sons how to use it and wow.Kids say it is a little cold at first but if you run the hot water for 15 seconds it heats up quickly. Great item.

Very easy to install. Instructions are very clear and all the hardware required to adapt is included.Had a small drip coming from the housing for the first day but has since stopped.It would be helpful if the direction of the water streams were a little more adjustable but all in all a good buy.

I've seen these numerous times at various friends places and they seemed to be quite easy to install. However, I was not yet ready to buy one because the ones my friends have only let either cold or hot water through. Hot would burn but the cold was a bit too cold for comfort. I have used this for the past week and I have already noticed how much toilet paper my household has saved while having a cleaner toosh after stooling.However, I decided to return the product as it leaked quite a bit despite ensuring that all of the knobs from the connecting pipes were tight - the last thing I want to do is come home to a flooded house. Furthermore, the build quality of the product is not very great. My friend recently bought a similar one too and his seems to be made of stronger materials.
