Bigger then I like, but works.
Bigger and bulkier then a normal urinal, nice idea, but works only with really careful positioning in my wheelchair.

this urinal.
Though the lids cannot match the robust urinal itself........I would highly recommend this product for vertical use. The lids fit very tightly at first but give it up after several weeks.......still a good product though. There are many on the market.......including stainless steel from India or Sri Lanka I think (after several weeks they leaked) just go with this one............use some RTV, to repair when the lid splits.........

Used this urinal for about 3 weeks. The opening is large and the urinal can hold a large amount of urine. I don't know if I would label it spill resistent because if you don't have a steady hand, putting the cap on might not be easy. After only 3 weeks of use, the cap has a crack in it so it's no longer spill resistent.

Great value for what you get
As I have gotten older I found it was getting harder and harderto get up at night a few times and make your way to the bathroom.This Urinal has been a God sent, it is strong, well made, and mostof all will not tip over as so many are upright. My life has beenmuch easyer with this product, don't be ashamed to put it byyour bed, you will be thankfulBob Thorne

I find it leaks and is hard to clean
I am not sure why this item did not leave the option for me to review it since I recently did but I have issues with this product.1. I find that the plastic cover does leak so I would be carful to make sure it lays flat or sways minimally while hanging on the bedrail.2. If you take a good look at the picture( look closely) as the urine flows from the chamber near the opening, it passes into the next chamber which is meant to keep the urine from flowing out. It does it's job but cleaning thoroughly is another matter. If you want to use soap and water or whatever you wish and that works for you, that's fine. But I like to use a type of bottle brush to clean every nook and cranny and this is not easily done. I would rather stick with another model where the top is truly spill resistant and cleaning it thoroughly is easier. If you are happy with it as many are, I say good for you.

Great for after surgery
my husband had a total knee replacement and sometimes he was in too much pain to get up at night, so I bought this for him. the cheap ones in the hospital would spill a little bit but this did not spill at all. It was great. Well worth the money. The shape looks funny at first but very functional.
