Good selection of conversation-starting questions for romantic partners
This is a deck of cards that includes questions about money, work, social life, and romantic life -- each of these four categories is assigned a suit. You can shuffle the cards and use the questions as conversation starters with your spouse-to-be. There are actually more than 52 questions in this deck -- each card has two or three questions, sometimes more, about the same topic. My fiance and I went through almost the whole deck since we got engaged in July. Some of the questions were helpful; many of the questions helped us reinforce the fact that we know each other well. I would recommend this deck for any couple planning to move in together or get married.

Good, but could be great
I'm a big Gottman fan, have listened to interviews of him on NPR, have read one of his books, and will actually be attending a live seminar. This deck of cards is strangely designed/marketed/branded though and would be better off as a dedicated set of flashcards. It seems like the deck is trying to be too much: (1) a real deck of playing cards, (2) a fun conversation starter, and (3) a list of serious questions which require thought to candidly respond to. I think some of these things are at odds with each other. No one-- for example-- is going to play poker with these cards and stop to ask about marital finances.I think the questions posed in this Gottman deck are important, but I think they are pretty serious and not necessarily a lot of fun. If you're looking for fun, the The Book of Questions: Revised and Updated Paperback by Gregory Stock Ph.D. (the regular version or "Love & Sex" version) is more fun. That being said, the questions in this deck are very good.

52 Questions Before Marriage or Moving In
I was disappointed in this product because I thought the questions would be more thought provoking and conversation igniting than they were. I'm in my 50's considering remarriage, so perhaps a new deck should be made for couples way down the road, rather then young couples just starting out, who have different considerations.

Great for conversation starting with the one you love
We went through all of these the first (and last) time we used them. We talked for a long time and it was great conversation. The one long conversation they started were worth the price. After you've been through them once there's not much reason to use them again but you can always pass them to another couple.

Great Questions
I was impressed with the wide range of questions covering all subjects. They are open-ended non-judgemental questions that can really help start a conversation.

Ripoff price
Great concept by a famous relationship institute. One star because these exact cards are available at Gottman.com for $13.00.
