My elderly mother has been mainly housebound, relying on others to take her shopping. We had relied on the supermarkets own wheelchair to go around the store but often these were not available.I decided to get this to give Mum some freedom to be taken out, as well as having our own chair for shopping.Should have got it sooner. The chair fits the supermarket baskets for disabled use and folds nicely to go into the boot of the car.The handles fold down and footrests are detachable.Mum says it is comfortable to sit in and we find it is easy to push.The colour is a pleasant blue with handles higher than usual making it less of a strain to manoeuvre.Good value particular as it is eligible for vat refund.

I just had to write about this product to explain how pleased I am with it. The structure is sturdy, the brakes are good (yes, you can lock them on ) the wheels are good quality. I have seen other chairs and have borrowed some that do not come up to the quality of this one.Came well packed and on time.It is nice to find a product that does more than it claims, I recommend this wheelchair.

For its price this is a good buy. Beware if the user is much more (or less) than average (whatever that is) in height, weight etc as there's not a lot that can be altered to fit these variables. The brakes are, initially, unreliable but through use traction increases. If the user needs very regular use of a wheelchair get professional advice and buy a better chair. In the UK wheelchairs can be hired through The Red Cross.

I bought this wheelchair for my wife last summer and has been used most weekends for 2-3hrs at a time, my wife is within the weight range specified and the chair was easy and light to push and the brakes are positive and easy to apply. However 2 weeks ago in early January the welding failed just above the front right hand wheel. I have emailed the supplier R Link via amazon and received a complete new replacement chair and am now happy to post 5 Stars. Thanks R Link.

Although very well made and a quality product, it was just too difficult for me (female 70) to lift into our small car on my own. I also found the hard sides got in the way of the handles on the edges of the seat used to close the wheelchair. It was annoying as I kept scraping my knuckles. I am returning it. I've since found a Days wheelchair on Amazon which is both at least 2kg lighter and as a bonus is cheaper too.

The wheelchair folds and packs well, is light, rolls easily, and is comfortableBUT THE BRAKES...Tha brake grips on the handlebars are impressive, but the mechanism itself is a simple metal bar which when the brakes are applied presses a thin metal edge against the wheel. On a moderately steep slope with a passenger of qweight about 55Kg the brake, with the lever almost closed against the handlebar, can scarcely hold. On as steep hill it would run away. In addition there is no way of locking the wheels when the wheelchair is parked.I'm surprised that Days can market and Amazon can sell a product with such an obvioulsly defective safety feature,

Purchased this as my wife had Sciatica, not for the first time, and getting from the car to the doctors was a problem. By the time I ordered this the back had improved so never needed it this time. However I unpacked it and we tested it around the hall and kitchen, the only problem was me not realising there is a skill to pushing and steering a wheelchair. Practice required, hopefully I won't need to.The chair itself was very easy to unfold and fold up again, no tools needed, only assembly was to drop foot rests on. Folds up to go in back of small hatchback no problem. Feels and looks well made. Can't really comment on use as we haven't needed to use it.Decided it was really good so we will keep it in case. Folded it up put back in box and it is now in the garage.

Ordered for my mother as her existing footrest was broken. A little disappointed as to adjust the footrests height you have to remove a bolt with a spanner. The first one was quite simple but the second bolt had not been screwed in straight so in order to adjust the height I had to remove the whole bolt (it is very long) and then put it back in straight. Also disappointingly the sides cannot be removed like my mothers previous chair.

Mucha gente dice que no tiene bloqueo de ruedas y SÍ tiene! En vez de frenar sólo apretando el freno hay que bajar el freno y automáticamente se bloquean las ruedas! Es genial! Lo pongo porque mucha gente no sabrá que tiene esa opción o cómo funciona! Muy contentos con la compra! Podría ser más licera pero es suficientemente resistente y va muy bien! Encantados!

Gut geeignet, um trotz Schmerzen beim Gehen doch noch aus dem Haus zu gehen, da man ja immer eine "Parkbank" dabei hat. ;-)So kann man kurze Gehstrecken bewältigen, ohne den Druck noch bis da oder dorthin kommen zu müssen. Danach lässt man sich schieben, bis man sich wieder erholt hat. Der große Vorteil ist, das dieser Rollstuhl nicht so richtig nach Rollstuhl aussieht, denn er hat einen gewissen frechen Tatsch. Vielleicht durch das unternehmungslustig wirkende Blau. Besonders auffällig ist seine Wendigkeit. Man kann jederzeit jedem Hindernis ausweichen und er lässt sich überhaupt sehr leicht schieben. Die Feststellbremse betätigt man, indem man die Bremshebel voll nach unten drückt. So gelingt sicheres Ein- und Aussteigen. Auch der Klappmechanismus funktioniert überzeugend: einfach die Pedalteile abnehmen, an den Henkeln fassen und zusammenklappen lassen. Husch ins Auto und fertig.Also wer jemanden hat, der einen rumschiebt, wird das Ding zu schätzen wissen.Und jeder, der einen lieben Menschen mit auf einen Ausflug nehmen will, setzt den kurzerhand da rein und ermöglicht so Gemeinsamkeit in der Natur.

la carrozzina è davvero leggera e maneggevole soprattutto nel caricarla in auto completamente pieghevole anche nello schienale. Molto comoda sia per chi spinge sia per chi sta seduto.I freni funzionano benissimo sia nella camminata che nel momento in cui si deve sostare e sono comodi perchè alla portata di mano comese fossero di una bicicletta. Forse l'unico neo..per modo di dire ...è che avendo le ruote piene e dure si sente un pò di scossoni ma nellepavimentzioni sconnesse mentre sul pavimento normale, su strade asfaltate, centri commerciali sono ideali. un acquisto che mi ha molto soddisfatta e lo consiglio vivamente. In casa le dimensioni ridotte agevolano moltissimo gli spostamenti e la seduta è larga e comoda.

Es la mejor compra que he realizado en internet, la silla llego muy bien y esta muy practica y bonita , la pedi en azul y a mi madre le gusto mucho y dice que es muy comoda, viene ya armada solo tienes que poner los reposapies , pero es super facil. Gracias Amazon !!

Die Person, die ihn benutzt, wiegt ca. 60 kg. Dieser Rollstuhl ist wirklich sehr leicht und trotzdem sehr stabil. Er kann sich um die eigene Achse drehen und passt durch jede schmale Tür. Er passt zusammengefaltet in einen kleinen Kofferraum.

Quizá para usar de segunda silla sirva. En plan plequeñas salidas por lo de que pesa poco y se pliega bastante. No obstante, para uso más continuado es bastante endeble, se mueve mucho y con el tiempo de aflojan los tornillos. Tanto es así que he tenido que apretar todos en varias ocasiones y sustituir alguno que se había perdido si que nos diéramos cuenta.Los frenos no sirven de mucho, ya que ejercen poca presión en las ruedas y se mueve igualmente.Lo peor ha venido un par de meses después de comprarla que uno de los estribos para los pies se ha partido, así que la silla ya solo sirve para sentarse, porque va arrastrando un pie.Una decepción.

(Unterhalb der Griffe von unten kräftig durchdrücken )Passt gut durch die Tür.Es ist ein leichter Rollstuhl.Für Menschen, die ständig auf ihn angewiesen sind, sollte man vielleicht mehr Geld ausgeben und sich einen teuren Rollstuhl zulegen.

La compré para transportarla en el maletero del coche y sacarla cuando sea necesario su uso , cuando hacemos alguna salida, y realmente es ligera, se pliega fácilmente y se monta en un minuto, es cómoda y manejable. Estoy encantada con la compra!

Tiene el gran problema que los frenos no quedan fijos, la compré porque leí una opinión en la que decían que se podía frenar ajustandolos hacia abajo, pero no es cierto, solo sirven para que el acompañante pueda ir frenando si hay una cuesta, tampoco es muy estable sirve para un desplazamiento en un piso o zonas lisas, no la aconsejo para la calle si tropieza con algo volcara, eso sí es elegante, alta con lo que la persona no va a ras de suelo pero al no mantener la frenada es difícil sentar al usuario, personalmente me la quedo porque es una cuarta silla y va a tener un uso puntual.

La sedia è confortevole a dalle ridotte dimensioni. E' dotata di freni per cui può essere utilizzata anche come deambulatore. Il manubrio ha la possibilità di ribaltarsi ed i poggiapiedi di essere rimossi agevolmente, per cui le dimensioni diventano veramente ridotte. Io riesco a far entrare comodamente la sedia a rotelle senza fare manovre in un ascensore di profondità 70 cm. Il rivenditore a cui ho fatto diverse richieste prima dell'acquisto è stato molto gentile. Non so se con la fattura inglese che mi hanno spedito potrò farmi rimborsare qualcosa in Italia ma visto il prezzo veramente contenuto (i preventivi che avevo per prodotti peggiori erano di € 250,00) sono molto soddisfatta. Finalmente possiamo far uscire il nostro caro in autonomia da casa.

Aufgrund halbseitiger Lähmung nach Gehirnblutung ist meine Mama auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen. Da der Hauptrollstuhl für zuhause sehr schwer und unhandlich ist war ich für meinen Papa auf der Suche nach einer leichten Alternative. der ist optimal, klein zusammenklappbar für den Kofferraum hochkant bzw hinter dem Fahrersitz. Können damit sogar durch die Wiese vor unserem Haus fahren wenn sie auf Besuch kommen. Fußstützen sind auch dabei was sehr praktisch ist. Wir haben für sie noch ein stabiles sitzkissen dazugekauft da man dadurch etwas entspannter sitzen kann, ist aber wahrscheinlich nicht nötig.

Dès qu'il y a des gravillons un peu gros (taille d'une noisette par ex) ça bloque la (les) roue(s)- Le système de freinage au niveau des roues est très sommaire, il s'agit juste d'une petite plaquette métallique qui vient s'appuyer sur le pneu. Je doute que ce montage résiste à une utilisation soutenue.sinon rien à redire.

Tiene cinturón de seguridad, sin bolsas de aire y se desmonta en un plis. Ademas viene en un color púrpura deportivo y frenos en ruedas delanteras y traseras, en caso que alcances grandes velocidades con el paciente. Ruedas traseras anchas y silenciosas perfectas para esas curvas de la ciudad. Recomendable.

Der Rollstuhl ist ideal für die Nutzung in der Wohnung. Er hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es gibt einen Nachteil. Der Stuhl kann nicht selbst gefahren wie ein normaler Rollstuhl es fehlen große Hinterräder. Man kann sich aber mit Unterarmstützen wie beim Ski-fahren abschieben und sich so bewegen.Für den der das kann ist der Stuhl für die Nutzung in der Wohnung gut geeignet. Durch die Möglichkeit des Zusammenklappens ist er in jeder Ecke in der Wohnung Abstellraum ohne großen Platzbedarf.
