During summers we use BrainQuest books as a summer bridge course. It covers educational standards necessary for the school year. And helps our family stay on top and not forget all they’ve learned throughout the year. They enjoy the Brainquest cards and I’ve usually bought the BrainQuest and cards as a package. Didn’t realize it’s sold separately so we were sad to find that only the book arrived. But nonetheless, it’s a great educational resource. (Since, my kid is not yet proficient in spelling I am loving that this workbook includes the spelling vocabulary, LA, reading, and writing. Other books usually lack the spelling and vocabulary section and we’ve had to buy an additional spelling book for the summer.) I bought this because my son was spending way too much time on electronics, and his behavior was becoming disruptive and even destructive at times.
