Works as advertised
I have a yealink t48g VoIP phone and this card works perfectly in it. This was significantly cheaper than other cards that accomplish the same thing highly recommend.

Only works with some earpieces
This worked well and was easy to set up for 2 out of 3 headphones we bought for our new Yealink phone system. The other one would just not recognize the earpiece. Perhaps the earpiece is not compatible, but bluetooth is supposed to work regardless of brands. Anyway, the 2 that work are working just fine, and we are happy with them.

Works as advertised
After trying to get the Dongle that came with my headset to work with my new Verizon Desk phone. I purchased the BT40 Dongle as suggested by Verizon. It Arrived overnight and worked right away. Couldn't be happier
