And they are SUPER hard. It felt like rolling around on a ...
I've had this for two years and never used it. Just tried it out and I don't have any idea how the evenly spaced nodules are supposed to magically align with my trigger points. And they are SUPER hard. It felt like rolling around on a string of rocks. Ugh.

Great tool!
Such a simple idea, yet totally brilliant!I have chronic back pain, as well as muscle pain. This device offers relief. The DVD instructional is very helpful. Also the web siteThis will absolutely help on plane and car trips! As well as hold me over between my most excellent weekly acupuncture and massage treatments.I use TENS/EMS, Inversion table,Chiropractor, Trigger point and 5 element acupuncture,Shiatsu, Acupressure cane, Traumeel/Zeel, NSAIDS (as little as possible), AB roller, Rumble Roller, ALL have their benefits. I am THRILLED to add Muscle Wizard to my arsenal of relief tools. (I'm using it as I type)To those who may be debating between this and the canes. I say get both. They are quite different. I would not consider NOT using this!!GREAT job Dr Jasper!!!

Too Large for Small Folks?
I had to give this away as it was too largel to work on me. I am 5'3" and fairly lean. For anyone larger my guess is that this might be something very useful. It seems of good, solid quality and the creator has a wonderful website with tons of short videos for instructions on use and is easy to contact for problems. I recommend this as long as you are larger than I am. I know that photo shows a young girl using one but frankly, I don't believe it. LOL.

Not even close to digging deep enough.
I have progressed from a standard foam roller, to softball, to a supernova (rougefitness). Sometimes, to dig deep into my hip, a use a chess pawn. This product just does not dig deep enough. One review compared it to their therapist thump, but the knobs on this are huge, and therefore, just don't dig enough without the aid of putting my whole body weight on the knobs. Which, if I'm going to do that, it's no better than a lacrosse ball. The reviews got me all hyped about this product, but actual practice has left this item out of my toolbox. And yes, I did watch the videos.

I can use this all day at work!
Just picked up the muscle wizard after i saw someone at work with one. I sit at work all day and there really isn't a lot of time to take a break. I tried my co worker's muscle wizard and really liked the feeling i got. I used it for a few minutes on my low back while i was working. My back muscles felt pretty light for a few hours after that. So I didn't have a problem getting my own.One thing we both found out about the muscle wizard is that if you aren't feeling anything, you're probably doing it wrong. If thats the case, make sure you watch the training video and also the membership site. I was also trying this cool way of digging into my forearms because of carpal tunnel issues and i just didn't feel like it was working. I logged onto the membership site and they had a pretty detailed video on how to do this. I think that's the best part of the product. If you are having any difficulty, email the company and they'll probably do a video of the right way of doing it.If you sit at work all day and get muscle stiffness, I highly recommend trying the muscle wizard. Just keep it away from your co workers cause i have a feeling they're going to try stealing it!

Did not work for my fibromyalgia.
I have fibromyalgia. I use a trigger point roller for self massage. This product did not work for me. The knobs are too big to be effective for a muscle knot. The strap was not long enough. I'm 5'6" tall. I could only put the strap through one knee not both.

Haven't Stop Using it Since I Got it
Love my new muscle massager, by Muscle Wizard! Haven't stop using it since I received it. I've noticed that using it everyday has helped make the pain and tightness in my shoulders and neck more bearable. I think with regular use, I'll be able to cut down on my appointments with my accupuncturist and chiropractor. My last appointments with them has shown significant improvement and they both have been asking me what I've been doing differently lately. I've told them about this little gadget and I think they're a little frightened that this tool will replace them...and in all honesty, I think eventually it will!Thank you, Dr, Jasper for creating such an amazing product! :-)

The black strap is too narrow & unyielding, and the device digs into your knees
I really like the idea of this. However, in practice, there is no yield in the black strap - even a bit of yield, a bit of springiness, would have worked wonders. As importantly, the canvas strap is not wide enough, and in the end, the form and shape of the massagers is such that for every bit of massage sensation that you get, you pay twice the price with the strap digging into your knees.I just don't use it for the above reasons, as much as it seems that with some improvements (maybe such as my suggestion above), it could be a great orthopedic device.
