I was able to make coffee in a small 4 cup maker. Ran it through two brew cycles back to back.Attached the Inverter directly to the battery terminals with supplied cables. The alligator clamps and attached wires did get hot to the touch but, so far held up well. Not sure what the wattage is on the coffee maker but, it's a Mr. Coffee small 4 cup maker. I would rate this a 5 star but, not over confident right now about the wires getting hot. 4 stars.

Worked great for a 10 day car trip - mostly used to plug in the coffee pot

Only used it a few times on my boat and it worked well with the cigarette lighter plug to run a small led tv but then switched it to the alligator clips and hooked to a 12volt battery to run a small light in the bilge and it would drain the power quick, the red light would come on with a loud beep and then it just stopped working. Now it won’t work at all. Unfortunately my return window has closed. I paid $70 to watch tv a few times. Weak.

Decent little unit, got it for power outages to run a few LED lamps and maybe a fan. Works OK for that, certainly wouldn't try to run any large loads off it.

It works well with my solar system I already knew how to operate it but for a novice would need better directions
