Usually order the harissa paste but I accidentally ordered this by mistake. I was worried it wouldn’t taste the same or that I’d be able to make my favourite zizzi dish (cassericia pollo picante) I still added double cream to this and made the rich creamy sauce for my favourite dish. Would buy again it tastes so good.

Lid was loose so couldn't tell if it had gone off, threw away to be on safe side as it was very cheap anyway.

I had never tried this before so thought I'd give it a go and I'm glad I did and have just ordered the 6 pack ! This will go with just about anything..try it in your homemade vinegrette or white sauce and it gives it a wonderful lift so now trying more from this range. This is well worth a try.

Do not confuse this with the paste. This is less hot by comparison and has a lot of oomph. Perfect for Spanish chicken. I use a whole jar at a time with 12 chicken thighs, four large onions, chopped, and a bottle of Rioja in my slow cooker.

Just received my order only to find the jar had leaked or broken inside the bubble wrap. I havent opened it in case of broken glass. I see there's another review stating the same.The outer box seems fine it's just covered in oil in the inside packaging! Replacement arrange via chat. I hope I fare better next time.
