It doesn't have the universal port that can be plugged in up or down. The color, the size, no delay in connecting with wifi/internet, Everything, sigh, except the sound. I wanted it so badly, but every thing tried, couldn't get sound. Believe I cried a lil(lol). Sent back and settle for the RCA 11.6 with detachable keyboard, love it no problem so far, still working for the purpose I bought it. Still giving 5 star.
