cannot find someont to fix the timing onGemini serger machine
sewed with the Gemini serger two times and the timing went off. I cant seem to find someone to fix it. It is the perfect size for my needs, but I am so disappointed it does not work any more.......

So for those that didnt see the items mine were all in the side of the machine if you remove the piece like tou would on a sewing machine there is a pack with all the extras. I was pretty disappointed when the thread broke first try. This is a good machine for beginners and small projects. If you are doing a lot of work or heavy duty things you are better off apending a little extra money and getting a better quality machine.

Excited disappointment
The machine is in great condition. I got through the introduction but The instruction DVD won't go past 1st section. I was totally frustrated. Nothing online either so I'm done. Bubble popped!

Good beginner serger or light projects not for experienced sewers
It definitely is a good serger for a beginner or someone who's doing light projects but for me it felt a little rough when I was serging and the stitches skipped a little bit. I have a had a singer Quantum lock and I've had a brother once before compared to those it does well especially for that price but wasn't for me

Excellent customer service hassle free Excellent product for finishing seams
The product arrived while I was in college, it took me a while before I could try it. Upon watching the DVD, I realized the accessories packet was missing. I was unsure, they would send me one because time had passed after the purchase was made.They surprised me, customer service understood, and quickly send out the accessories - hassle-free!! Thank you!

I love my serger I’m a beginner wit sewing and this sergers perfectly just like the one that cost $200

Missing accessories
Why didnt i receive the additional tools with the machine, like it listed in the hand book? All i got was the dvd and cover

It does not just overlock it also sews the seam. That feature saves a great amount of time.
I love the speed with which you can sew. This is a powerful machine. It’s nice and heavy and the suctions cups on the bottom stabilizes it to your surface. It comes threaded. I had heard ghat sergers in general are hard to thread so I was happy that it was already threaded. I completed three garments before I had to rethread it.
