OK.. everything is about pairing speakers with amps, right? I have an older 20' Ski Nautique.. this required minimal installation time. These 4x 7.7" coaxial speakers are being ran in parallel right and parallel left (meaning 2ohm load) on ch-1 and ch-2 of the latest fusion 4 channel amp (pushing approx 220 watts to each channel. Crossovers set at approx 110hz.. they pound your ears raw and the amp does not clip or distort at all. By the way if your interested, I put a 10" fusion sub on bridged ch-3/4 pushing approx 440 watts. Overall an excellent pairing in my boat. complete full range no distortion, crystal clear audio power that hit's very hard in deep bass noted with a 0.7cuft sealed wedge-shaped enclosure coated with thick fiberglass resin.
