Tasty way to eat healthy.
I always buy extra when on sale. We hear more and more about the health benefits of Olive Oil and this meets all the criteria for what the experts say to look out for.I like this because it doesn’t dissolve into air nor does it burn my food when I use to fry or stir fry or cook with. It doesn’t have any thick flavor that I can’t describe when I tried those other thick Olive oils. I love it for salads and even for a quick salad dressing mixed with a little balsamic vinegar and some fruity jam or preserves and salt/pepper to taste. Use your imagination and you will feel better the next day because the more we use this oil the better it helps our bodies function better. My favorite is on any pasta with garlic and anything green with or without a protein.I trust this brand for quality and taste.

This oil is for cooking
People seem to be upset that this is not extra virgin. I have wonderful extra virgin olive oils that I don't use for cooking. I'd rather use this than an oil like canola or a soy based oil.

One of the best light olive oil on the market
One of the best light olive oil on the market. I have bought several of these (from Spain) when the price was around $20. Extra light olive oil has a higher smoke point (around 465°F or 240°C) compared to extra virgin olive oil, making it suitable for frying. This higher smoke point means it can withstand higher temperatures without breaking down or producing smoke.

Best Olive Oil for Cooking.
Real Italians dons't use cold-pressed virgin olive oils for cooking: they don't stand the heat and may even be dangerous.Instead use this hot-pressed cheap olive oil in the big plastic bottle. It works best for frying and sautéing, but, look, I even like it on salads when I want a more delicate taste.
