Sauna shortsI am extremely pleased with these shorts. They run small. I ordered a L initially and had to return for a XL. I purchased a hot sauna suit long shirt and pants from a retail store & was worried the shorts would not be as effective as described by the seller but they exceeded my expectation. You will sweat to the point when you sit down you leave a puddle, however, unlike the sauna suit, you do not know you're sweating. In the sauna suit you can feel the water pouring down your arms & in the cups of the pants lesg, sweat dripping down into your socks, swishing around just nasty. You get none of that with the shorts. Some of the reviews said they were noisy I didn't notice and I used them in a high-impact aerobics class. I would definitely purchase again.

Good quality product. I waited a week to make sure these do what they are suppose to. They are made well, comfortable and really make you sweat especially during your workouts! They are a little noisy as you move but that is to be expected of this type of material. I ordered an XL but probably should have ordered a LG as these were quite a bit loose on me. A tighter fit would have been better and then I could probably wear them under yoga pants to mute the noise of the pants. I am a med in yoga style pants, anywhere from a 6-10 in reg pants depending on brand, lol. I would definitely recommend these to help boost your workouts and lose some water weight.

I have a petite figure but pear-shaped body so my hips and thighs are really out of proportion and I'm I'm not a fan. My waist is 26-27" and hips maybe 36-37". I'm normally a size 6 in bottoms so I bought small but they're slighty loose in the thigh area, there's maybe a half inch gap between my thigh and the fabric. I'm not sure if that will affect how well this works since this is my very first pair of sauna shorts, but overall they're really comfy to wear, even just for daily wear.Other stuff: love the deep side pocket that fits my entire phone, subtle plastic smell but doesn't bother me, doesn't roll down and is high waisted

I ordered my first Rolewpy Neoprene Sauna Sweat Shorts last month and worn it right away upon receipt. For sure, I got sweaty while jogging but still comfortable with it. The material is of good quality, soft to my skin and the design is very trendy. It fits good, but it's a little bit loose for me specially on the thigh (I normally wear medium, so I ordered same size). My next one should be small.

Love, Love,Love these shorts.Fit well, they suck in my postpartum belly leftovers which I am trying to get rid of, and they are comfy. I'm in the in between stage where I could have ordered a large or a medium. I ordered a medium because I am trying to lose weight and while they are pretty snug, I plan to be in the medium range soon. I did go for a 3 mile walk and they chafed my legs just a little but again that will probably go away when I lose a little.

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I CANNOT wait to wear these when the baby comes out. This is my second child and we all know how difficult it is to lose that belly and booty post partum. These are super cute and make you sweat right away. I could see them being very helpful.

I love how these shorts make my hips sweat when exercising. HOWEVER...I usually finish off my jog with 40 sit-ups. The first day I did them while wearing the shorts (on carpet -- not even a hard surface), I felt an irritation - almost painful, as my backside rolled over the seam. I figured it just took getting used to. But the second day, it was really painful to do sit-ups. I looked in the mirror, and sure enough, the seam had rubbed the skin raw on the area either side of the bottom of my spine!!! It's a week later and there's still a substantial scab, though the swelling has gone down. It's a very weird design having a horizontal/curved seam across the back - it's prevents pretty much any exercise done while on your back.

These shorts are made great! The fit really good i weight 158 and i got a medium and it fits me just fine. Love that it has a slim pocket on the back.
