Deluxe Stainless Steel BakerStone Pizza Oven Kit Professional Series (Stainless Steel)

I've used the BakerStone Pizza Oven twice now, and I'm very impressed with the build quality and results that it yields. It was very simple to assemble, and the quality of the materials is very good. The extra accessories in the Limited Edition are very good quality as well – I don't feel the need to replace any of them with better ones.Both times that I've used it, I haven't been able to bring the temperature up any higher than about 80% through the "oven" icon on the thermometer. I will check if I can remove the flame diffusers in my grill before I use it next time to achieve a higher temperature. Regardless of not reaching the "red zone" temperatures I was still able to cook delicious homemade pizzas, albeit with a little more time than expected. I've had several people over to try it, and they were highly impressed with the quality of the pizzas!I have one recommendation for using this thing: pre-cook your dough for a minute immediately before you put anything on it. This firms up the bottom surface of the dough and makes it easier to slide off of the wooden peel once it's loaded up with sauce and toppings.

I got this kit from Costco for half the price and use it on my 6 burner grill (Nexgrill, also from Costco). The instructions were clear and the pizza recipes were right on the mark. The only drawback is the height of the unit inside (3 inches). It is perfect for pizza, but I also want to cook loaves of bread. For the money, it is outstanding. Oven warms up within 15 minutes and the pizzas are done perfectly in 3 to 5 minutes.

As far as the quality of pizzas you make ... it does what it says. However, beware of opening and putting together the stove. Mine came with a broken side panel and after 5 days of waiting for a response they got back with a litany of hoops to jump through to get it replaced ... pictures ... receipt ... etc. What do they expect when they have a breakable item that is handled by who knows who before it gets to you. Finally asked them to just send me the panel at my expense. No way to do business.
