Rapid Charge 3X Power Bank | Backup Battery for Phones and Mobile Devices (Electric Blue 6000 mAh)

I ordered the zoom 6000 on Amazon's prime day. It worked for a couple of months and would no longer recharge. I registered my zoom and per the instructions "if you have questions or concerns, send an email to [email protected]. I did this a few days ago and today I received a reject notice indicating the email mail address is bad. I read interview where the customer service is awesome. I would have loved to have experienced excellent customer service. My zoom replaced my charger and it continued to work but one of the accessory plug wires got cut and I was afraid to use it My SAGA continues with B-wise. I purchased a BWise Charger (the same as the zoom power pack) I truly hope I am the only customer that has difficulties with your chargers. After I received my new B-Wise charger I gave my old zoom powerbank to my daughter because she is always borrowing chargers. Then I purchased the Bwise charger. The charger itself seems to be okay but where you plug in the charger developed a loose connection and I have to find a place to lean the charger to without the cord coming out In addition one of the three prong plug ins got bent at almost a 45 degree angle so now I won't use it. My husband told me to go to another place (name withheld) where he purchased his charger for about the same price and does not have the same issues plus it works with two devices plugged in and can charge itself while charging other devices without slowing down.

This is a fantastic product, and the company provides stellar customer service. I love the convenience of being able to charge my devices on the go independently from electrical plugs. We travel frequently and I wish I had purchased this a few years ago. I had a very small problem with one of the cords----the colored metal cap came loose, and the company was very gracious and replaced it free of charge. Amazing. This is not critical to the product performance, but I love the electric blue color---easy to find in between all my back devices!!! Great job bWise. Another Amazon treasure.

I purchased my Zoom charger in April 2015. My boyfriend was so impressed by mine that I ordered him his own zoom about a week later. 7 months later we both carry our Zoom chargers at all times! A huge bonus with the purchase is the charging cord that come with it! I ordered similar chargers for my daughters that only came with a mini USB which means they have to carry two cords to charge both the charger and their iPhones. With the Zoom charger, there is one compact cord to charge the charger, old Apple products as well as newer Apple products. The thin shape of the charger allows you to hold both the charger and phone in one hand while the phone is charging.Simply put, this is a great product that I highly recommend!

Came in handy when traveling abroad. Many of us were taking so many photos that we killed our phone batteries and needed to recharge on the go. This device. While bulkier and heavier than most supplemental battery/charging devices, gave us way more power to recharge iPhones faster and recharge more than once on a charge. Since we were in a group of 11 and traveling internationally where plug adapters are an issue, this was a huge saving grace for us! Highly recommend.

Great product! Holds a charge for what seems like forever. Used it on a trip to Washington where a lot of walking was involved. Put it in a backpack and, when phone battery was almost exhausted, hooked up up to this and put it away. Charged up in a short time and still had enough for a tablet a few more phone charges. Definitely necessary if you travel and don;t want to be left without the use of your phone until you get back to your hotel.

This power bank is a great value. 6,000 mah is more then enough to charge my iPhone 4-5 times. The included multi cable is great if you dont mind the unused cables getting in the way. My only complaint about this item is that the brushed aluminum body could easily be scratched by the included cable. But as this is the only flaw i could find, I am giving this item a solid 4 stars. It also has a great easily understood manual and great packaging.

I have to say I am absolutely & completely pleased, no, delighted with my PowerBank External Battery. Not only is the battery itself superb, but I am completely blown away by the Customer Service! They contacted immediately with information on what I should be able to expect from my PowerBank and were EXTREMELY attentive & helpful in getting back to me, sometimes within hours...during the holidays(!) when I had questions on how to get the most out of my PowerBank. It is VERY clear to me why this is the highest rated portable external battery on Amazon. I would give it 6 Stars if I could!

The picture does not match with what I ordered which was the Rapid Charge 3x Power Bank which is Excellent.It shows Suction Blask Mask, I never ordered this??
