Any how, K chose PRP and hyaluronic gel to be injected vs total shoulder replacement. With PT and pilates strength training +, this stretching strap is helping my rotation and getting me closer back to normal. I purchased all my PT equipment so I can keep the same exercises at home going. I went from not being able to raise my arm, nor rotating it to be having 70% improvement. Love this stretching strap. It shows me how far I can stretch. It give me a next goal to work towards. This is very durable, fabricated from the same/similar material like a dog leash. The gripping bands are evenly placed. The insert gives you stretching ideas. I follow my PT’s instructions. Great value for cost. I bought the neon green. I’m z sucker for color…easy to see.
