This is a great looking lock. However after 5 months I started noticing the lock was not locking. By the 6th month it stopped working all together. I cannot say how upset I was that I had left my home unsecured many times thinking this lock was doing its job. I reached out to Amazon and they helped me in trying to contact the company to live up to the 1 year warranty. After multiple attempts via phone and email we got nowhere. Amazon has been great and offered me a replacement. I am hoping the first lock was just a bit of bad luck. I really like the look of this lock and I'm hoping this time around there will be no issues.

Great Bluetooth Electronic lock if you are patient and can figure out how to install from the sparse instructions. You need to remove the old lock and drill a hole through your door with the template provided. Additionally, you need to make sure you can lock and unlock the door after each major component is installed. I had to remove and go back to correct three times to get everything working correctly. The left/right handedness seems to be the opposite of what the instructions state, and it also appears that you need to have the door locked when initially setting up the unit with the TTLock (by Smart Lock) application. Once you are at this step and you have gotten the unit to lock and unlock electronically, everything seems to work great.

Total junk. Would never load finger prints, would never completely throw the bolt closed. Kinda the point in purchasing a biometric lock. The instructions were written by someone who may of taken an English in school, but never actually grasped the language. The installation processes after figuring out the instructions was just as bad. After fighting with this non locking lock and pulling out what little hair I had, I placed it back in its box and sent it back to China to be someone else’s problem. Long story short, don’t buy this.

This lock doesn't work. You have to use the app to make the lock work and the app keeps stopping and having errors. I purchased one and it wouldn't unlock anyway except with the key and they sent a replacement and on the new lock it won't let me use the numeric pad or the fingerprint part which is why I bought this lock in the first place. Every time I try to set a passcode ot a finger print the app says operation failed and won't do it. I would not recommend this to a friend

After a rocky start, part of it is on me to blame, the product turned out to do all the things it advertised. I did not purchase a WiFi bridge, therefore I can't evaluate all the features! Installation was pretty straight forward, with YouTube videos available. After installation, the lock worked backwards...it locked when it supposed too unlock and unlocked when supposed to lock! Friendly Mia from the Wandwoo Store Customer Service sent me clear instructions to fix the problem. In retrospect, I should have read the instructions more closely and I wouldn't have had the problem!

Fingerprint unlock is very sensitive, the phone software can simply set the password, there is a spare key, don't worry, the battery is out of power, you can set the time to automatically close the door
