For a P365 with a TRL-6 light and laser because it’s fixed to the barrel. But my other pistols from compact, carry, and full size fit very well in this holster.Wrap it snug around you and you can barely feel the added weight. Everything is secure as can be.Full size barrel fits best. I haven’t tried with a rail mounted mlok mounted light yet.It’s easier for me to pack the gun and mag first, then put the belt on Then you can put in your phone and test the tightness.

First off at a 36 waist band the smaller version didn't totally fit. second it allowed the handle to protrude and show no matter how I moved or arranged it. It has good intentions but doesn't "Conceal" any thing.

Much better than expected. I carry a Q5 Match and have no problem concealing it with this band under a suit coat or light jacket. I was most surprised by the lack of sag even with my big competition pistol fully loaded, given that it’s a fabric holster. Typically I don’t like the idea of belly bands but got it for deep concealment of a backup pistol. Seems like I might be using it for my main when concealment and zero print is a must. Great product, really surprised me.(Note: higher and directly under my draw arm has seemed to be best for me for large guns. But 4:30 has been best with subcompacts.)

Belt works great for many size guns. Many compartments and fits comfortably. Can hide gun just about any where on this belt. Doesnt make you hot or sweaty. Must have for man or women.

Going on a morning Jog and doing the routine exercises and this does not irritate my skin at all. Quite comfortable.

Recently bought the belly band holster. Love it. Best concealed holster I have owned. Only complaint I have is size. I am a 36 Pant size and it is a little tight. Anyone with larger waist would have trouble being comfortable. Needs a couple of more inches in length.

I wear the belt for 3 hours the whole time my gun rubbed my side leaving it very red and raw.. I do dont recomend for anyone that has a little bit of love handles... I'm 5'2 135lbs I'm pretty small so just be aware..
