Almost perfect...
4.95 Stars--Nothing is 100% Perfect!Have used washable pads for years, but after 100s of washes, it was becoming difficult to get all the odor out, even with a vinegar pre-soak and final rinse. Ick!Shied away from disposables due to the price, but after a couple of weeks, I am convinced. No discernible odors are present while in place, or in the trash bag (keep a special one in garage) and sure beats doing so much laundry. Started out putting these and the old ones down so the dogs (Chi girl and Terrier Mix boy) would understand what these were for--they adapted well.My boy is on a diuretic, so after years of perfect house training, has a little difficulty holding it all night. He goes a LOT (often and quantity), so I will occasionally notice the slightest bit of dampness under the pad--this may be my fault for not changing quickly enough. But so far, no 'lakes on the floor' like when he would miss the washable type.Pleased so far. Really like the adhesive corners, just using two (catty-corner) keep these in place--which was often a problem with the washable type. No discernible residue on hard wood floor. Also bought another brand as a comparison, but have not as yet tried--why mess with success!?My only real 'criticism' is that it can be tricky to know whether they've used them! Absorbency is so efficient, you may not know there has been a 'deposit' until it REALLY needs changing! If you are on the fence, give these a try, I think you'll be happy.Good luck!Update 10-9-2020Wow, these really are good. They ONLY time there has been leakage is when I waited too long to change out (see comment above re knowing whether its been used),The other brand (also mentioned above) worked well too, but much smaller (24x24). I am using those as a supplemental pad, but will be sticking with this Barkbox Charcoal pads.Upgrade to Full Five Stars.

When Quality & Good Price Meet!
I used these for the last 7 months of my 13 year old boy Riker's life. Cancer sucks, as does the medicine that slows it down - but these pads were a life, sanity and floor saver for us during that tough time. They come with sticky corners so they don't move around, they don't smell up the place even when you've been gone at work all day and they're very durable. I did HOURS of research to find the best split of quality and price but when these came in, I realized that they didn't skimp on anything, they just cost less than those super expensive ones my parents use for their little pups.

If you are thinking about buying these...
Do it. I cannot say enough good things about these pads!! Ive tried soo many different brands and they don't even begin to compare to the Bark pads. So many other pads get caught on my puppy's nails and tear so easily so when I read that these were tear resistant I had my doubts. But they have lived up to their claim. Of course if a puppy sits there for long enough they can chew through it but as long as you're monitoring them they can go for quite a while before ever tearing them up! My favorite part is that they have these sticky adhesive. I don't know why any brand would make a pad without it adhesive because they slide all over the floor and makes the puppy want to tear them up. My only wish is that they had it adhesive all the way around the lining because my pit puppy will still try to tear them off, but these do still an amazing job at sticking still! I love the quilted pattern, it's very thick and absorbent and I've had NO leaks whatsoever... Can't say that about the other brands. If you're wondering if you should buy them, do it you won't regret it! And for the price... i can't get over how well engineered these are. And I'm not getting paid to say this, this is my 100% honest opinion. I purchased these myself.

Good product and amount for price but usually out of stock
Which they weren't always out of stock and would be nice if they sold these a bit bigger like 28*34

The best pee pads you'll ever find!!
It feels weird to be this excited over pee pads but I am. My dog is older and starting to have trouble holding it. He's been potty trained from a young age so I havent really had to worry with buying pee pads until recently. Rocky is a 95lb lab who pees A LOT! I was buying cheap pads before and constantly having leaks and having to clean up daily. When I bought these I debated between the large and extra large. I ended up going with the large because you get 30 extra pads and I'm glad I did. They work great. Some days Rocky soaks these while I'm at work and they still dont leak! They also dont smell (well not like pee anyway). I can always tell when Rocky has peed on one but not in a bad way, it just has a minor distinct smell (I think it's the charcoal). But I dont think anyone else would be able to pick up on what it is (I've just learned that that smell means he peed on a pad). The only complaint that I had was the packaging. They are packed so tight that its almost impossible to get them out of the box without tearing them!

Really are leakproof
I've always had adult dogs, not puppies, so I had no idea about which puppy pads to get. I imagine any will do, but I did some research and read that these Barkbox Ultra Absorbent Puppy Pads really were leakproof and absorbent. It's true. They say the pads have phermones embedded, but I also read you can buy a spray for that and it works just as well. That said, the charcoal (or something) in these pads decreases the wee odor and the underside of the pad does not feel wet or have any condensation. The pads have adhesive on the corners, but I don't find that it works very well. The pads are a bit pricey, but worth it to me!

Best Puppy Pads I've Used By Far
These are really great, the adhesive strips are super helpful for keeping the pad down and destruction free. They are absorbent and do not have an odor. I use the pads with a puppy pad holder and they don't quite fit perfectly, some of the pad sticks out over the edge of the holder. They do cover the entire base of the holder however, so I do not see this as an issue. I feel like the attractant in the pad works really well too. My dog sometimes will go potty near previous pads, but with the one he seems to have better aim onto the actual pad itself :). I normally use the Iris Neat and Dry in size R. I would say these are very comparable to those, but with the added benefits of the adhesive strips and the attractant seems to be more effective.
