Phone will fit but doesn't charge through case
My phone fits in the device but it will not charge it with a case on. I tried two separate cases and for some reason, it will not charge through them. One case (The Otterbox) might have been too thick but I know the other case should have been able to charge through it. The second case was just a cheap case I had around the house as a back up when I first got my phone and didn't have the Otterbox.The only way I was able charge the phone at all was to not use a case at all. And that isn't going to happen. Once removed from a case, the phone charged just fine.

Exactly what I wanted
Any other style (vent mount, etc) would block view of important gages in my little Prius C. The wireless charger feature is great. Two minor issues: I wish it came with the cigarette lighter/USB adapter necessary to make the charging feature work optimally; however they are cheap and easy to find. Second, I would like the arm to be a little longer; however, it is long enough for facial recognition to work. The way the mount automatically opens when it powers on and automatically closes when the phone is placed on it is particularly cool. I shopped a long time before I decided on this mount and am happy with my choice.

Holds tightly in cup holder; does not vibrate. Easy to install
Just bought this wireless cup holder charger. It’s easy to install, holds firmly in the cup holder and does not vibrate as one review claimed. As far as charging, I haven’t been able to determine the charge speed, but when I placed my iPHONE X ( which has a Spigen Armor, the charger began charging no problem. I’ll update on the charge speed in an update later.

Auto clamp works well. Does not heat up.
Fits my Samsung S9 easily. The auto-clamping feature works well, just set your phone in the holder and in 2 seconds it is securely clamped. To release, a simple touch activates the release feature. Some other chargers have reviews that say they heat up excessively, on 2 hour drive I did not notice excessive heat. Charge rate I would say is moderate. The expandable cup mount holds firm in my center console. Have only had it for a week, would definitely recommend.

Flimsy and not worth the $$
Does what it’s supposed to do. The cup holder piece to tighten it doesn’t touch the bottom. Also have to spin the phone around and not the base like other phone holders. With the phone in the holder and tightly secure to cup holder, the phone bounces side to side as your driving. The arm isn’t strong enough. Difficult when using the map on your phone to read the streets when driving

Works Great!
In my 2009 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. Switched to cup holder inserts instead of that adjustable thing in the middle, and works much better! Fast charging, normal phone wobble while driving, would purchase again!

Does what it's supposed to do.
This product is easy to put in place and use, holds your phone securely and in a comfortable position. It doesn't rattle or vibrate if the phone is in the holder. The charging rate is probably moderate, not super, but that's kind of standard for Qi chargers. The release buttons at the bottom of the device are in an awkward position for me, and if there is no phone in the charger, it does rattle a lot. Overall, I recommend this product.
