This is my second order of these lights. My husband uses them in his garage and it’s amazing how bright they are. We have them hanging on the ceiling and along the walls so when he is detailing cars, he has light in every direction. They are easy to install, and are worth every penny

I have installed these in my hangar, 2 friends hangars and a friends shop. I and all my friends are very happy with these lights. They light up the shops and hangars very well and considerably better than the removed fluorescent lights and do this using less power. In my hangar I removed 2 eight foot two tube fluorescent fixtures and installed 12 of these lights and the results were amazing. I have ordered more to install in my garage. Keep in mind the 6000 kelvin lights are severe white bright but my ceilings are near 20 ft tall so these work great, on a low ceiling I may prefer a lower kelvin fixture.

Lights work well, just right after the 2 year warranty, half the lights on each strip stopped working.

I'm remodeling my old barn and wanted some sort of discreet lighting between the rafters. I ordered these based on size and price. When they came I was so disappointed, they were really small(width) and seemed kind of flimsy. I actually started a return, but my contractor showed up to install them. I showed them to him and we decided to try one. I was so happy, they were easy to install, the lighting is great. The picture doesn't do them justice, but its just what I wanted!

Beware, you have to fabricate some way to mount these to the ceiling (or hang them as a worklight). They come without mounting hardware and there are zero through-holes for screws. Double sided 3M tape is an option, until it has to be replaced, then you're looking at new sheetrock or a lot of mud work.They're also not that bright, unless perhaps you're mounting them in a small dark room such as under stairs. Even then, I would probably mount two in a close "up-and-back" parallel set due to the cord lengths. The pic shows the 8' LED compared to a 3' Daylight LED. Similar total lumens, tho the 8' is a higher Kelvin than the 3 footer's Daylight.The supplied wire has an unusual proprietary plug that is only a foot or so long. It must be extended or a new ceiling electrical box created (with two decorative covers) if you want to mount in a place which already has a centered box. The cord doesn't reach to the middle, otherwise, it will be 3' off-center. The Deco covers will cover the old and new light boxes and wires, since these LEDs are too skinny to hide either box/wires.I like the idea of 8' LED Ceiling lights, but these fall short in brightness, mount-ability and power-friendliness. I'd definitely not buy them again or suggest them to a friend.
