Cyclamatic CX3 Pro Power Plus Alloy Frame eBike Gray/Blue

I like the bike, but riding it home the second week the entire left petal fell off! I don't know how to re-connect it and then I ran into the curb after that and the other petal popped mostly off and now I have a bike with a lose petal and a missing petal and I don't know how to fix it. :(

I was excited to have this bike. Not hard to put together even though instructions were obviously written in China by a person with limited grasp of English. Charged it up as instructed, but motor did nothing. checked for loose connections, and got a shock, I assume it had a short somewhere. Looked for support, found none, called the vendor, they had no operating instructions and no support either. They sent a return label, I sent it back to vendor. They wanted to test it, fix it if they could, and send it back. Not satisfactory, it was not tested prior to sending it to me, had no continuing support, so I asked for a refund. I guess they are thinking about it. Pretty sure this evaluation is not helping my cause, but I did file a dispute with my credit card bank. What a shame, why don't they just test this stuff before shipping. And how hard is it to write some support information. I mean, what if the battery goes out, or if a part breaks (it is a mountain bike).

I got the bike last week, and I'm now using it for commute (<4 miles single way) every day.Very nice! I need to climb the hills over a highway, and it's no longer a headache with this bike. Also the power makes the accelerating much easier and faster.Because of some issues in the first shipment, I contacted customer service. They were very nice and provided prompt and efficient help.

Bike was shipped in double boxes, arrived 1 day earlier than indicated. Exactly what I wanted. Works perfectly. This is the second bike I have purchased from Shop 247. Customer service is exemplary, and very prompt. Can not say enough about them. Very pleased with both my purchases.

Great bike. Assembly was easy and the battery has long life. I love the pedal assist feature.

Bought this bike for my daughter and she really loves it

Thinking about getting it for my son and it has a lot of good qualities except for the small tires that they look like could pop easier than big mountain bike tires.
