Hi camping mug lovers,These mugs are great for camping and wonderful as every day latte mugs. I love the mouth feel of the narrow lip and I love my wonderfully hot latte to the bottom of the mug.In addition, the mug is perfect for a hot tea steam treatment. In March and April I was recovering from Covid-19. I put mint and eucalyptus tea in the mug, a towel over my head and breathed in the steam while drinking. It helped my lungs a lot.I have meant to write a review of these mugs for months. They are terrific! A question about the mugs popped up in my email. While I was explaining some of the things to the questioner, about whether the mug would work on a camping warmer, I realized this review is long over due.These mugs have a vinyl wrap that would not stand up to a warmer. But don't let that stop you. These are two of the best mugs I've ever had. I use mine every day for latte. They keep my coffee so hot that if I am interrupted, I come back and my latte is still hot. The handle is more comfortable than I thought it would be. I love cradling the big mug while I mull over the day's challenges. All of what I just described is without the lid. The contents stay even hotter with the lid on. It is well made and doesn't pop up accidentally. These mugs are also excellent for soup. Writing this, I realized that I should have given these mugs a great review a long time ago. I'm going to paste the answer to your question into a review.There's no other way to phrase this: I love these mugs!

This is an excellent mug, great quality. My only complaint: I foolishly burnt my own lips drinking coffee from the mug! The insulation works so well with the lid on, and I didn't test it first but just took a big sip--very hot! My bad. The coffee was very warm for an hour or two. So exercise caution and enjoy nice, not coffee. Great product.

Absolutely love these mugs. The design is simple, durable and stable. My previous favorite mug, a Starbucks double walled steel mug, was very prone to getting knocked over because of its narrow base. Not so with these. Having done a little test against the same mug for heat retention, I can say that WITHOUT the lid, these do not hold heat for very long, an hour or so maybe. But WITH the lid on, they blow anything short of a proper thermos out of the water, and at twice the bang for buck compared to the Yeti brand mug with the exact same specifications, I can't recommend these enough.

I had to return the first set because they were damaged with cracked lids. Also, one of the cups was not packaged in the cellophane bag as was the other one. The cello bag was in the box under the cup. The cups are in a box, but net a really sturdy one. The shipping container was a bubble envelope that afforded no protection. Overall, the second set of cups were very good build quality and retained the heat in the coffee. The lids fit pretty tightly. I strongly recommend using a shipping box.

This is the perfect mug for making my teas. Tumblers are too tall (tea bags fall right in) and I was looking for an insulated mug similarly shaped like my favorite ceramic mugs. I like making a large cup of tea to enjoy throughout the day, but my mugs cannot keep my teas hot for long. This insulated mug can keep my tea warm long enough for me to enjoy over a couple of hours. What I do miss is warming my hands on my ceramic mugs, but that just means this product is doing it's job very well. I'd rather drink my hot tea.

My main reason to buy was they had covers on them. I have to walk to a different side of the house where my office is and a covered cup was necessary to prevent spillage along the way. They work perfectly for this and provide decent heat retention. If I were still camping, I would definitely take these but were done with that part of our lives, kids are grown and I don't like to sleep on the ground...LOL

The wife was griping about me sloshing coffee and tea on the floor as I walk around the house. And these solved that and then some. They keep my drinks h hotter longer than my old ceramic mug. And they don't break when I drop them (I use to have two ceramic mugs).

These are well made and serve a great purpose keeping temperature of whatever you are drinking, hot or cold just fine. However this isn’t for taking in the car which I hoped it would be. . The lid has a sipping hole in it that doesn’t have a flap so if cup falls liquid spills out. I wanted something sealable— didn’t catch that it wasn’t airtight With lid on it. Still like and will buy again. Good at home or camping.

Mugs bought as present for Christmas and planing to use on the boat. Lovely colour and comfortable to hold. I like size of mugs ( less worries to get dehydrated). Also they designed with wide bottom which should keep them stable on the deck during sailing.

These are simply fantastic. To the point where I've even taken to using them at home. Really high quality.

Makes a great cup of tea as it is bigger than most cups and it keeps nice and warm till ready to drink.

Ok quality...keep tea hot...lids a wee bit tricky for my elderly mum...likewise they DO NOT form completely sealed units. There is a hole for drinking through which does not seal shut even though the lids seal shut.
