TRUPET Dog and Cat Ear Cleaner Solution - Clear Me: Pet Ear Care (4oz) - All Natural Ear Cleaning Solution That Removes Debris and Wax, Helps Reduce Ear Infections, and Deodorizes

After rave reviews of this product, I decided to switch from my current brand that I am almost out of, to this product in hopes that it would clear up or prolong the time between necessary cleanings. Unfortunately, while it did clean my all of my crews' ears nicely, it did not keep them as clean as my other product. I cleaned three cats with slightly to very dirty ears and a lab who has smelly, yeasty ears with this product and within two days, they were all very dirty and back to their pre-cleaning state again. With my other brand, when I clean them, especially my lab's yeasty ears, I can get several days of clean ears out of a cleaning. Possibly, if I only had one or two pets and had the time and they the patience for it, that timeframe would become longer the more I used the product, but with several animals, I needed something that worked as well or better than my current ear cleaner.None of the animals seemed to mind the experience as far as any burning or anything with this product, so that's a positive as well as the fact that the seller, TheGroupDeal, was very involved in customer satisfaction and service. I received an e-mail about my satisfaction after the product arrived and when I e-mailed them back that the product was just not working out for me, I had a response and refund within a couple of hours. No hassle whatsoever. (Zoey, if you are reading this review, thank you for your excellent customer service and using your name (more friendly than just 'customer service'!).)

This works fairly well if you really stay on it. It is the 3rd one we've tried for our little princess prone to ear irritation, black gunk, itching and infection. All 3 were honestly quite comparable ... EcoEars and the one the vet gave me lightly medicated and this TruPet. All will help some if you stick to it, as in being sure to do it as in applying it every day for several days then maintain with every other or every 3rd day. Obviously some dogs have a worse and more chronic problem and others not so bad who were miraculously forever cured. Our is an ongoing thing that we have to diligently keep ahead of but we love our girl enough to do it!

Both of my Boston Terriers have developed what I call "smelly icky" ears (even after a 2 year change to a grain free diet). This Ear Cleaner is amazing! My girls actually enjoy having their ears cleaned. This product loosens up the gunk. So much so, wear an old shirt. Because after a gentle massage of their ears, they shake their heads and some of the stuff comes flying out with the shake. I then used cotton balls to clean out the more stubborn stuff. And, oh my! Plenty of it came out. I've used it a few times now and each time there is a bit less to clean out. And they smell so much better.

I haven't mastered putting the ear cleaner directly into my puppy's ear canals but seems to work well by saturating cotton balls and squeezing cleaner into each ear and wiping just inside ears and around outer ear under her long floppy ears. I also massage them to help get the solution further into the canal. I have her groomer do a thorough cleaning every 6 weeks with this or an alternate natural based non alchohol cleaner. This one has a small amount of alcohol but has aloe vera as well for gentle cleaning. I highly recommend. Our puppy used to have problems with yeast infections and lots of wax. No more!!

I just received this item and have used it twice on my Cocker Spaniel. I must say I am very pleased so far. It doesn't have an 'aftersmell' to it .... it cleaned his ears nicely and after only 2 days of using it, his ears are not red or puffy any more. They are a nice light pink and have no odor emanating from them. I wish I had found this line sooner. I am trying their other products too!

We have an older Labrador retriever who has had ear issues his whole life- he has very sensitive skin, and his ears seem to be more so. Our vet has recommended that we clean them frequently to prevent wax and build up in the ear canals. Since we've been using Trupet All Natural Dog & Cat Ear Cleaner Solution he hasn't had a problem. This safe natural ear cleaning solution works effectively to dissolve and remove the "gunk", is gentle and non-irritating, and is also pleasantly scented.

I recently wrote a review saying I used this product 3 days in my cat's ears with no effect. My bad. I guess I didn't give it long enough. So much dirt/wax came out of my cat's ears it was disgusting!!! But GOOD!!! How the vet could tell me his ears were pink and clear all the down, I don't know. I'm not trusting that vet so much right now. Long story short, this stuff really works. Would recommend it to everyone.

My dog for over a year has had problems with infection in her ears. Used this ear cleaner and have not had any more problems. Used an ear cleaner from vet's office plus medicine. Infection just kept returning. Great product will continue using it.
