Review: Great themed base kit for kids - Not a complete kit however it is an excellent base to use to plan some things to do without having to do a ton of research and putting every little thing together yourself. There are ingredients you must purchase yourself which I was aware of before buying. One thing I was iffy about was measurements for the first expirement we did. However it was plenty easy to find other instructions and videos from those such as Emily Calandrelli. I scaled it down rather than ordering cups of alum so we could use the small thing of McCormicks alum I got. Will be doing each expirement here and there over time as I got it for my not quite 5 year old. Fun to connect to magic school bus episodes or books or other shows. Easy to set up and clean up.

This is a great set my sons 8,6,4 and I had a fun time growing the crystals They have asked me to buy it again and I probably will the directions were easy to follow we didn't have any problems

Not a complete kit however it is an excellent base to use to plan some things to do without having to do a ton of research and putting every little thing together yourself.
