Waste of money
At first it looks straightforward you install the app and download off the phone, it fits directly into iPhone, this seemed fine followed instructions to copy /backup my contacts which I wanted to transfer from one phone to another. This is where it started playing up, it seems to have stored the info on usb but won’t transfer the contacts to new phone, it has them on usb along with my photos etc but won’t transfer the contacts, this was the only reason I bought the damn thing. Total waste of 20 quid. I would suggest there are others out there that are better for same price

Only had this product just over a week!!Downloaded photos but now won’t work on phone, will not connect to WiFi
