Seems to work after getting used to it.
I originally purchased a similar product to help with snoring when camping and can't take my CPAP, though I never got a chance to really try it, but after several years of using my cpap machine, I developed an issue with bloating and haven't been able to use it so I needed to find an alternative do to medium apnea issues and very bad snoring. Using an appliance that the dentist would supply wasn't an option (cost and existing issues with jaws) so thought I'd give my original product a try. It did take a bit to get used to it but once I did, it worked well. I decided I should have a back up and purchased this product and found they are shaped slightly differently, but actually work better than the original. They don't slip off my tongue as easily so they stay in place most of the night. I do sometimes wake up to find I have either spit it out or pulled my tongue out, but this doesn't happen with this version. Very happy with this and think I actually get a better night sleep with this than my CPAP. If you have patience and can get used to using it, it really does work.Side note, I did try the other version of tongue stabilizer that covers the tongue but I never could get it to feel comfortable, pinched my tongue too much. This is the design that works for me.

Really does work!
I have a sleeping disorder and use a CPAP machine. My husband may have a sleep disorder as well because he snores, but he hunted around for a device to keep his tongue out of the back of his throat when he sleeps. It honestly was amazing. He does not snore when he wears this device. You put it in your mouth between your lips and your teeth. You put your tongue in the bubble provided and suck the air out. Then go to sleep. He never loses it during the night and doesn't snore either, giving him a better night's sleep. In the morning he rinses it off and puts it back in the little case. One device lasted about 5 months then it sprung a little hole in the tongue bubble where the silicone is injected into the mold and there was no more suction. There really isn't a safe way to fix that. So plan on replacing the device every 4-5 months. That said, I got one to try instead of the sleep machine. I have a small mouth so it was a bit snug and uncomfortable. The first night it was in and out of my mouth (fell out, put back, etc). The second night I drooled all over the pillow and in the morning it was on the floor. That was the end of my trial period. Conclusion: This device works GREAT for some people; for others maybe not so great. For the price, you can probably afford to get one and see if it works for you. CAUTION: I'm not suggesting using this device if you have a sleep disorder. If that is your issue, consult a physician. Sleep Apnea, not properly diagnosed and treated, could have severe negative consequences, including death.

Went straight into the trash.
Smells of un-polymerized acrylate. Un-polymerized acrylate can cause severe allergic reactions. Also, the packaging made me wonder if this is a used product shipped from someone’s home. This went straight into the trash.

Only product that has worked for me
It works with a little adjusting. It irritates my gums a little bit and the seal doesn’t always hold, but I’ve tried EVERYTHING for teeth-grinding and snoring and this is the only thing that has helped me.

Helps a lot
Works great.

One device and a case...not two devices.
The "two piece" package is really one device and one case.

Doesnt stay in your mouth
I have the brand version (good Morning Snore solution) which I lost so i thought Id tr this one which looked the same but was cheaper. My tongue doesn't stay in, which is what makes it work.
