will this fit a 2014 ford explorer....and is the price shown for one or two bars? $177.48 for 2 bars?

Check the Thule Uk website for the fit, but as for how many bars..it's 2. You will need a fit kit specific for your vehicle..$40-$80 depending on shipping.

Does it include mounting feet? They are pictured.

Picture is way wrong, it's a direct mount to the vehicle's rail system. I bought it in error and can't use it, and it'll cost a fortune to return it. DHL want $308 to ship it. Go to REI, they will insure you get the right product for your vehicle. That's what I did.
