Works great, very simple to use. However I use it for home, not for a salon and find the fact that you can't dissemble it when done ( because putting it back together when you want to use it again would be prohibitively annoying) is its only minus. But I guess it's not supposed to be able to break down and put up on the fly. My advice when using is to use towels to cover your shoulders, ears, chest and thighs because it drips.

I have used other steamers for many years and thought I would try this one. Sadly, it has been a horrible experience! It is made out of cheap plastic. After only using a couple times on myself and a few clients, the water drips onto the floor from under the unit. There is no bell when the timer stops. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I fill the water container and when the water QUICKLY empties, the steamer does not shut off so the machine continues to run BURNING the unit (smells horribly) and has turned the water container black. I don't believe this is a safe item and I worry about harm being caused to myself and/or clients. After my second attempt to seek help with this matter, I will wait a day or two before taking another route to fix this matter.

No steam. Set it up, plugged it in, lights came on sometimes, no steam ever came out. Update - so far, customer service has been very responsive and has offered to ship me a replacement and sent the tracking information for which I should receive in 2 days. They confirmed that I can get a full refund if the 2nd one is defective as well. I will update this once I receive it. I received the new steamer as scheduled and so far it is working perfectly and producing steam as advertised. I appreciate the seller being so responsive.

This steamer leaks if you leave water in the chamber. The water drips from condensation buildup around the edges of the hood and burned my neck several times. The assembly was OK overall just slightly difficult to follow making the pictures a little bit more helpful. It does stand pretty solid but the rolling mechanism is not as smooth as I would have liked it to be. I decided to test this product at home before using it in my salon. I will not be taking it to my salon.

****Update*** The seller was responsive to emails sent. I received a new product and I have no problems!! I’m very pleased! 😊 Big disappointment!! I purchased this product based on the reviews. I am disappointed. It arrived today. The waste bottle was broken ( see picture) and it was missing the wheels. The instructions are poor but I figured out how to assemble it. I plugged it in and NOTHING! Absolutely no lights no steam…nothing. I called the number on the manufacture website, wrong number. I attempted to ‘chat’ on their website but they are not available. A waste! Returning..

I’ve purchased this product twice, because it broke down the first time. I had used for about 5 months the first time so I didn’t think too much of it. This time I purchased the item with insurance (because I knew the product wasn’t durable at all) and when I tried to get a replacement after TWO MONTHS of use both the insurance company and the original seller of the product said they couldn’t do anything for me. Spend your money elsewhere, the product leaks and stops working randomly

Hair steamer came in 2 days! Not the steadiest like you find in professional salons, but good enough for home use. Because there is nothing to secure the bonnet device in place, you have to roll the steamer carefully so the bonnet device will not tumble over. The bonnet is not too flexible for adjusting, but the supporting column is adjustable up or down. The steam comes out strong. The worst part about this hair steamer is the instructions to put it together. The instructions are HORRIBLE! They read as if they are from an offshore land. The parts are labeled on the diagram (as you can see), but none of the parts are referenced in the installation steps. Looks like the installing steps are generic because they definitely don’t go with the steamer that was ordered and delivered.
