it's good but its verry basick needing an app it realy only let's u no if the filter is clogged and if the water is low. and I have a feeling that the program to change the coller of the light telling u of the water is derty is a fake like it only reads how well the water is passing threw the filter and if it has a hard time it turns red. so dont be foold with it saying it is monitoring your water. lol there r no electrodes in the water that can reed water quality. just on the pump. but I will say that I need to find the real filter as for this one like the one it cumes with in a plastick case. thes replasible ones I got r not doing the trick that get derty to fast. also u only realy need the app if u r away and u have a dog or cat sitter. and want to c if the water is fild properly.

After refusing to sign in to a Chinese server to allow me to use the app, I have used the fountain for eight months now. It is a pain to clean, and it will not use anything but distilled water without having the light turn green or even yellow (warning of "stuff" in the water). The documentation is almost nonexistent, had one decent reply from customer service after I could not figure out how to put a new filter into the plastic frame of the original filter. The water gets really yucky in about three weeks, the filters look grown and, again, it is a pain to disassemble it, to clean it. I hoped it would stay cleaner because of the motion in the water but oh, no! I am throwing is away today. Expensive and expensive to maintain and the cat does not really like it a lot, either.

I loved this. Only problem was was the bowl and went empty one time and the motor crapped out. I know it states that’s a risk and to make sure to always keep it at minimum level at least but life happens and the fountain went dry one day for a couple hours as I have multiple pets and no one was home to fill it. Never worked again after that. Product is great in theory. My pets loved it while they had it and if you can always be around to make sure it never runs dry it’s a great option for you. However, I need a product that is a little more durable which is why this only got 2 stars from me.

It has only been a month or less. So far so good. The only thing the messages don’t seem to be accurate. If you get something line ‘device offline’ it won’t tell you when the device is back on. Good thing I have pet cameras and can check it out, otherwise I’ll be worried that my cats are without water while I’m not at home.

This fountain was easy to set up, was quiet enough, and our cats loved to use it! Unfortunately, the motor died after only 3 months of use. My husband wants to get another but I told him it's not worth the price if it's not going to last!

Easy to put together, fairly easy to maintain. Filters are hard to find, however.

It does what it's supposed to do. My only regret is that they don't have the ultra version available to purchase outside of China.

Was great and I really loved it... then it just stopped working after 3 months. Contacted the company to see if there was a warranty on it and they just told me that the Amazon shop is closed and they are working to open it again.. how helpful... can I get it fixed?? Can I get it replaced?? If not, huge waste of money... would not recommend.
