The Ancient Salt and Pepper Grinder Set - Professional Two in One Stainless Steel Mill - Grind from Coarse to Fine in 2 Seconds

I have been using this salt and pepper grinder  The Ancient Salt and Pepper Grinder Set - Professional Two in One Stainless Steel Mill - Grind from Coarse to Fine in 2 Seconds  on a daily basis since I received it several weeks ago and I could not be more pleased.I like that it contains both the salt and pepper but of course you could put different types of salts on each side or pepper. Whatever you choose.What I like about it most, which quite a few grinders don't seem to be able to do, is that you can go from a fine grind to a large grind quickly. There's not of residual in between for some reason.The grinding mechanism turns very easily even with Himalayan sea salt, which is always damp. It grinds it to perfection. The worst you have to do is tap it down, the wet salt that is, to get it to the grinder.With my other grinders, no matter how much you tried to shake the residual off after grinding, they always left traces of salt or pepper. This one is really nice in that both sides have covers so no more waste or aggravating residuals to wipe up.I plan on ordering another because I am so pleased. I have many different salts and peppers and each impart a different taste.

Love this! I much prefer freshly ground pepper, but could never seem to find a grinder that was sturdy enough and didn't quit functioning within a month or so. Now I get freshly ground salt as well, and I usually pack this when we drive several hours to daughter's house. It's easy to transport, and saves having to pour salt in my hand to sprinkle on my food at my daughter's, since she is much healthier than I and rarely uses salt.As stated by several others, the lids are less convenient to remove than I would like, but they do stay on securely, so there's no mess.

First impression was not good. The grinder is extremely light and cheap feeling. The caps covering the grinders are difficult to get off unless you have long nails. I filled one side with pepper and attempted to grind peppercorn but nothing came out. No matter how I adjusted the grinder, nothing happened. I moved the peppercorn to the other side. It would grind, but only super fine grounds. No matter how I adjusted it the grounds would come out fine and could not be adjusted to coarse. Save your money and purchase another grinder.

Loved it when I got it, put smoked sea salt in one side  Cherrywood Smoked Sea Salt (2lb Bag - Coarse Grain)  and  Spicy World Peppercorn (Whole)-Black Tellicherry, 16 Oz. bag  in the other. Scintillating additions to any dish. Bought one for my parents immediately after. 2 stars because one side of my grinder broke within the next couple weeks, ironically parents still works great to this day... Problem is that the nice ceramic grinding element is attached to the moving shaft with a cheap plastic insert (which is what broke).

Very cool. Previously had separate grinders for my pepper and salt. Not they are all in one and the caps on the end keep the dispenser from directly touching the counter when not in use! Genius!

I highly enjoy this salt and pepper grinder combo. The stainless steel matches the rest of my kitchen appliances and performs with ease. If I could change one thing about this product, I would rather have glass instead of the clear plastic.

Worked seemingly well for the first 3 months. After light use the pepper grinder no longer works because the grinder is plastic! Unable to return and it is a shame because now this poorly made product will go in a landfill. Do yourself a favor and spend $30 on a decent shaker that can be used for years. Shame on sellers like this who develop poorly made products that don't last more than a few months.

Product look just like picture, but sophisticated and sleek. I love that there is a end cover on both ends, which makes it clean to use each time. One of the BEST QUALITY GRINDER I've owned, I'll be ordering a few more as Christmas gift.
