Hand-held Squeeze Stainless Steel Flour Sifter with Silicone Handle,Fine Mesh Sieve for Baking (3 Cup)

The sifter arrived well packaged and appeared better than anticipated. Good finish and construction for a light weight sifter of this type. I only use hand crank sifters for large recipes. This one is nice and well finished with easy operation and room for a larger hand. Easy to control for small detailed application of flour. Yes, the silicon padding could be more refined but is quite acceptable. Gave it a test tonight making black truffle linguine. Performed quite well and easy to operate. Only complaints are that: 1. no top or bottom lid (not a big deal) 2. The underside of the top rolled edge is slightly open and if you really tried, you might get a little cut. I fixed this by adding a small bead of food grade silicon sealant to the seam all the way around. Very happy with the purchase and operation and will send off a few as gifts. Enjoy.

Haven't used this sifter yet but I am leery to see the metal screen inside at the bottom of sifter. Leery because I had other sifters made of metal and as you use them, tiny pieces of metal begin to break off from the edges of the screen at bottom and OMG, what are we sifting but All Purpose Flour!!! YIKES!!!! Tiny pieces of metal in to what ever you are going to bake!!!I hope this one doesn't do that!!!! Let's all hope for great quality control.

This is a stylish kitchen appliance. I was giving my 2 daughters a baking bag for Christmas, full of items used in cooking and baking, so I purchased 2 of them. When I found out one of my daughters had one, I initiated areturn. Instead, the company refunded my money and told me to keep the item or donate it. (I donated itto our local food kitchen). I guess it wasn't worth the return but I thought it was very nice of them - good customer service! And the sifter is sturdy, well made, and "stylish" according to my other daughter!

I ordered this sifter for soecifically for powdered sugar. I'm tired of lumps in my frosting. Unfortunately it doesn't shift powdered sugar well at all. I would return it but I used it. It cleans in the dishwasher very well. It is sturdy and comfortable to hold. You have to squeeze the handle and tap the side to shift a minuscule amount of powdered sugar. I'm very disappointed.

Great functionally, but sharp edges cut your hands. Not made for humans!

It’s nice sturdy quality sifter! I like it and I sift a lot mostly all my baking flour I sift all of it even box cakes I sift it makes a huge difference in quality of the cookies cakes everything

I like the feel of the sifter. Even when full its design does not strain your wrist. The padded handle is nice and I hope it holds up.
