God's Not Dead: 3-Movie Collection - Blu-ray + Digital

I only purchased for digital copies actually but opened it up to find only a code for the 3rd movie. The package is advertised as all three movies blu ray + digital, should be no confusion no clarification needed, clear as day. In fact this is apparently intentionally only the 3rd movie in digital. Very upset about that deceptive packaging, would not have bought if I had known but does not detract from the fact the movies are great. Probably not the movie makers fault but the company who put out the blu ray, sony or whatever.

The movies are great, but it should be pointed out that although it would seem that you get digital copies, in fact YOU DO NOT. You only get a digital copy of the third movie. I was very disappointed by this, and when I contacted them about it, their response was basically, "Too bad, it sucks to be you."

My friend (an ATHEIST) and I binge-watched this entire trilogy, and both walked away fully converted. While the first one was disheartening and the second overwhelmingly bad, the most recent addition to the God's Not Dead franchise delivered one of the best contemporary Christian film narratives I have seen in my time. The willingness to paint members of the faith (a pastor in particular) as internally conflicted was exceptionally woke and a needed deviation from the other two installments, which felt as if they were catered specifically to a certain niche of Christian and no one else. While we watched the first two out of enjoyment of their cinematic shortcomings, A Light in the Darkness crushed all expectations and redeemed a genre I thought dead.

The more the establishment hates these movies the more I love them. Compelling moving stories about real topics we face for religious liberty in our country. If conservatives weren't so busy with our families, jobs and movements we would have plenty of time to write reviews like these nasty liberals who viciously attack any movie with a good message. 😆 we really should play our part and write more reviews and support good movies. These three movies from Pure Flix are AWESOME. In fact, I would refer to them as Pure Flix's Flagship movies.So glad I could purchase them on Blu-Ray for a much better movie experience!HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE: Notice the small notation mark right next to DIGITAL COPY header on the front of the blu-ray case and then read the fine print at the bottom of the back side of the blu-ray case.YOU ARE ONLY GETTING A DIGITAL COPY OF "A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS", NOT THE OTHER 2 MOVIES.UPDATE: I just received the blu-ray package the other day and to my surprise, a digital copy of GOD'S NOT DEAD 2 was also included along with the digital copy if A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS.

This is actually 3 DVD's in a set , and it's all about believing in God. A Christian based series of movies that are for the whole family to enjoy and test your faith. My husband and I sat one night and watched the first one which a young student took on his college professor to prove that God is NOT dead and we both learned a lot and found it very interesting and liked it very much and the ending was a surprise to me.The second and third were also very good and I would recommend this set of dvd's to any Christian family or any family that is thinking about finding a religion , this could help teach them about the Christian faith in God. I didn't find it boring and will pass it along to someone that needs a little faith in their life at this time of such crisis.

Gods not dead was so touching and identifiable. I especially loved the part in story 1, where the mom with Alzheimer's who could no longer remember things of this world or hold natural conversation but remained peacefully content and pleasant to others even though her natural body and mind was growing old and ready to pass away. (Philippians 4:7) She never lost her spiritual understanding that surpasses the natural and spoke brilliantly when asked. Basically she was used of God to warn her son by answering his question with similarity of this truth as she remembered the story of the ten virgins and how when the foolish, finally arrived at the destination, the door was closed and the Lord replied, I never knew you, where you were from. Neither did she remember her son by his own profession of whom he is like. Matthew 25:10-13, Luke 13:23-28

As a Christian, I found the movies to be uplifting. The movies depict various life roads one must travel. However, with a Christian prospect. . .We are never alone. God is with us from the mountain top to the lowest valley. These movies are an excellent reminder that God is with us! No matter if it is on the mountain top, to the lowest valley. PTL

It doesn’t play in the UK!?

I bought this as a Christmas gift for someone. It arrived on time and in good condition.

This DVD is Zone 1 - UK is Zone 2 so does not work. I asked supplier if I could, return it but they declined. Not ethical trading.

The performances throughout the series of these movies are very touching and I personally enjoy them all.

I got the three movies, but not like the picture shows. It shows three movies in a single case, at least that's what it looks like to me, but instead of that I got the individual movies and the individual cases for them.I'm trying to save space by getting the movie combos in a single case. So four stars for the movies, but not the single combo case as shown in picture.
