I really like these they are good and fast cooking.

These are my favorite noodles. I can’t eat wheat anymore and brown rice bothers my stomach, so I’m thrilled to find these. It’s like I can eat spaghetti again (expect it doesn’t take as long). I’ve tried King Soba’s Basmati noodles as well, and they’re okay, but I didn’t like them as much (they cooked up tougher and took longer). These are delicious and pair well with everything. Highly recommended <3

Thinner than I expected. Very tasty but I prefer the thicker pad thai noodles.

Excellent. These are the real deal, just like the ones grandma made... er... I mean... just like the ones at all the places that make pho the way I like it. And organic, too. It's a bit of work, but now I can make our favorite soup at home.

Rice is one of the most heavily sprayed grains on the market. GMO's abound. Organic is definitely the way to go. And these are delicious...

These noodles are delicious and versatile. Have them hot or cold, plain with some oil, in a stir fry with some sauce, or in a soup. I can't find a single thing to complain about.
