BMW E46 320CI 2004The product feels modern and very stock like-look however I have had issues with it on the 3rd day.I've installed a single DIN stereo before and it was not difficult. This stereo however, was a pain to install because of the radio adapter.I ran into an issue(s) when installing the unit. Firstly, the radio adapter is too long or thick and so when I insert the stereo into the frame it will not go in. The left side goes in fine but not the right because the radio adapter is stopping it from going in. In the end, I had to get rid of the radio adapter.Once installed and powered on I gave it a test by playing videos and such. It performed great but I was put off by the extremely annoying sound emitting from the speakers. When the volume is low I hear a constant beep noise and it would not go away. The only way to mask that noise is to play something loud. I wouldn't hear it much if I was driving as it took my mind off it but when you want to listen to something on low volume and all you hear is that beep then no way on earth would I let it happen.When you mute the volume you CANNOT get rid of the volume bar below the screen. It will not go away untill you either close down any app that is playing music or video. What's weird is that if the volume is unmuted you can hide the bar by taping anyway on the screenToday on 04/04/2020 I went to the car to do some more testing and try with the engine on. I COULD NOT TURN THE ENGINE ON!!! It sounded like the battery was dead which was impossible as the car was running fine two days ago with the stereo installed. I turn the engine on and gave it some gas but whilst I was doing that I started to smell something dodgy. I had a feeling the stereo might have caused this and so I decided to remove the stereo and start the engine again. Now the engine works. I turn the engine off, reinstall the stereo and I turn the engine back on - now it works as well with the stereo, BUT the stereo now doesn't work and all I get is an error message. Buttons don't work and touch screen isn't responding to my touches. I pull the stereo out slightly thinking that it may be the cables, which it was! The unit decided to work because I moved it which proves that there is something wrong with the wires.I appreciate the support from the seller but I will not be installing an Android stereo unit that stops my car from turning on and does not work because the wires are twisted or stretched slightly. I'm very disappointed with this product and the experience I had as I was looking forward to using it. Sadly it will not happen and so I will be refunding this. Take your chances people!

Gutted.This unit was brilliant.... For 15 months. Unfortunately software malfunctioned. The on off switch / volume button became inoperable. No idea why, because it was rarely used and most function use was via the steering wheel.However, failing my experience, the unit is superb. I'm disappointed I couldn't have had it repaired.... as was prepared to wait.Refunded.

Brought this on good faith it would fit my car-How ever the leads are wrong and they cost around £60-00 as you need to bypass the AMP to buy aswell as this unit.
