Low carb wraps, good consistency
These are really good for making low carb wraps or soft tacos or mini-pizzas. The high fiber content isn't noticed in the taste, at least not for me. I have been on (and occasionally off) a low-carb diet for a few years and I wish I had had these several months ago to help curb any craving for breads. You really can't get this low of a carb count in regular breads (at least not for a reasonable price) anywhere I have looked. They hold up well when wrapped with lunch meats, cheeses, etc. When used as a soft taco shell, there is some tearing as they absorb any juices, like most soft taco shells. I will be a return customer for these tortillas.

High carb craving, low carb cost
These WORK! They do the trick, satisfy your bread craving, but have very low carb, as most of their fiber is insoluble, and therefore undigested. I've been smearing all kinds of stuff on it (marinara sauce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, anchovies, cheese, avocado. They taste kind of bland, but have good resilient texture, and take on the flavors they are paired with. Love'em!

different texture but good. The 2nd one I hated them
The first one I thought they were delicious, different texture but good. The 2nd one I hated them. Tried it the next week, still hated it. Threw them away.

Low carb tortillas help when dieting
I"m doing low carb to try to lose some weight and these have been a lifesaver. They are a very good sandwich delivery system with minimal carbs. I used to eat tortillas alone and you really can't do that with these, they're really salty tasting by themselves, but they absolutely fulfil a hole in my diet and do it well. Having them delivered makes my life a lot easier also.

Mexican cookery (and more) for diabetics
large enough for a sandwich wrap or used Mexican style, whole grain, good taste, low carb (it checks out in my blood sugar readings). It's all one could ask for in a low carb product. I moisten it with a little water and heat/soften it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. You can also use it to make a quesadilla on a grill pan, using a weight such as a heavy can to press it.I've read that some other so called low carb tortillas were mislabeled, but this brand appears to be accurate in the carb count.

For a gym nut these are the best and last tortilla Ill be buying
For a gym nut these are the best and last tortilla Ill be buying. Low carb, high fiber, considerable protein. Is this a tortilla or a sports bar??These make things dramatically easier for eating on the go. Throw some protein, veggies, ect in there wrap it up and wrap with foil, boom, youve got yourself a low carb high protein fuel log. The taste great, dont rip as easy as other brands and hold up for a long time in the fridge. I just wish they made these in packs of 50 or more. Totally serious.

did not like
didn't like these, no flavor, had the texture of rubber, and were extremely pricey. I am a diabetic and love all mexican food, and wraps, but as a diabetic I have to watch my carbs and even though these are lower in carbs, they are NOT good.Mission brand has a low carb flour tortilla and that are good, its an 8 count pkg for the medium size but the only place I have found them is Sam's Club 2 pkgs. for $4.98Don't waste your money, but thats just my opinion!!
