They took care of my issue without a hitch! There's a possibility that Amazon's shipping/handling was at fault. But at any rate, these are some great cables. The Mogami 2524 is superb, also the pancake connectors are first rate. If you have never used low-capacitance cables for your instrument/pedal you have no idea what your missing. With the 2524 you are buying the best-in-class cable. Your sound will open up with natural harmonics that are out of this world. Your signal flow is the most important, period. You can have the best instrument/amp/effects pedal, but without a quality cable as the Mogami 2524, it's a waste of time and money. I highly recommend these cables made by WBC. They are quality built with the best connectors and WBC stands behind their products. An excellent mfr. and a reasonable price point compared to other brands out there. Will look at their other product offerings as the need arises. Buy these cables, you will be pleasantly surprised. And WBC rocks on!

I have several of this companies cables in various shapes and lengths, as well as actual Mogami "brand" cables using the same grade wire and can hear no difference what so ever. I use these WBC as pedal connectors and long guitar cables. The connectors are well soldered, have strain reliefs and the real cable. I save money and they perform and sound as expected and advertised. The description of how they are made, the various components and capabilities are clearly detailed in the printed description. No one, including myself, is misled or is the product misrepresented. Just take a minute and simply read the description. I have spent a lot of money on Mogami cables and although they sound great, I have also paid top dollar, maybe a bit too much, top dollar prices also. Now I have a chance to save a few dollars and get, what I believe as equivalent performance, and will definitely buy again. I took a chance, backed by Amazon's return policy and with that, felt I had nothing to loose and I am glad I did. To date, the cables appear and sound excellent.

Initially I was pretty hesitant to get these cables since these aren’t directly from Mogami, but man am I glad I bit the bullet. The quality is top notch and the 1/4” pancake-style plugs are built like tanks. The noise I get from these patch cables is non-existent; running a clean signal through my pedalboard sounds exactly the same as plugging my Strat directly to my Princeton. If you’re looking for Mogami patch cables that’ll save space on your board, you found the perfect product. WBC, you guys are great!

Buy these now. Let’s be honest, spending money on cables is not the most exciting thing in the world. Until recently, I hadn’t really paid attention to them, especially patch cables. On my board, I’d usually use whatever cable was thrown in with some new pedal I got. What a mistake. Because of the pandemic, I’ve had a lot more time on my hands to play. As I’ve started really getting into guitar again, I noticed that I was becoming more and more dissatisfied with my tone. It got so bad that I thought that there was a soldering problem in my American Strat or that a tube was blown out on my Deluxe Reverb. Before taking my gear apart, I came across these patch cables on Amazon. Maybe that would help solve the issue? For just under $40, it couldn’t hurt to try before doing anything to my guitar or amp. I am so glad I ordered these because it solved all of my tone problems! My Strat is sounding tremendous through my Deluxe Reverb, which sounds as new as the day I bought it years ago. I cannot believe my solution was so simple. So, if you’re on the fence — these are worth the investment! Enjoy! One note: some people like the 2524 patch cables a bit better because they bend a little easier. However, the 2319 are fine for this. I went with these over the 2524s because those are a bit darker sounding. I wanted my top end to stay intact because once treble is lost, it’s gone. To me, it’s better to be able to take the highs off via the tone knob on my guitar than to lose the high end permanently through a cable. Just something to think about.

I’d love to give these 5 stars because they are such high quality at a remarkably reasonable cost. 4 stars however because the base of the connector is that flat circular (disc?) shape and it doesn’t really fit well if you have pedals where the input and output are on the same side/end or if you’re chaining stereo I/Os, especially if the power input is in between.

These are great patch cables, and I wouldn't expect anything less from Mogami. If you have a bunch of pedals that you're looking to link together on either a pedal chain or pedal board, and you want to preserve your tone as much as I do, you can't go wrong with these. Even better is the jacks have a thin profile when inserted into the pedal, which means you can place the pedals closer together (which is really why I like these). And did I mention this is a Mogami product? Don't hesitate buying these if you need top-notch patch cables at a great price.

I have a smallish pedal board which I like cause it's easier to carry in with all the other stuff a guitar player has. I needed some thin profile patch cables and these are perfect. They actually stay in the pedal and don't pop out like some brands I have used. I am able to arrange my board in a coherent and aesthetically pleasing way and it sounds great. I'd recommend these cables to any/everyone that has a pedal board and is looking for a quality patch cable.

...and the best quality available. I can't recommend them more. Now keep in mind that they are pancake right angle connectors, so they require a bit more space around the jack than a standard 90. But simply awesome. I'm buying a second bag right now...
