Keep mice, rats and other pests out of your home with the superior technology of Rid Rite Advanced Electronic Pest Control Systems. Rid Rite pest control sytems emit an ever changing pattern of ultrasonic frequencies to help control pests and keep them out of your living space. The advanced technology has built-in daytime and nighttime control. Built-in output control provides enhanced performance at night when pests are most active. The built-in light sensor automatically controls the enhanced output so you don't have to. It's easy to use just plug into any wall outlet. Each unit has Perimeter ControlTM which projects signals into the main areas as well as along the walls and baseboards where pests travel. The variable soundwave pattern prevents pests from adapting to one signal. The indicator light glows blue when the unit is active. Rid Rite Electronic Pest Control Systems provide year-round protection without the use of harmful chemicals or traps. Each system is pet and children safe. Pests hear the sound, you and your pets don't.

Good product for bats
Used in combination with another repeller of different frequency for last 3 years to rid us of bats. Works great. Keeps them out of deck area and picnic shelter roof.

I got these and pluged them in, and I bought three packs with 2 in each, 1 of them make a really loud sound, that it's not supposed to make.

Bugs liked it.
Would not recommend. Bugs would crawl on it! Still had same bugs even after using for weeks. Waste of money.

Junk
We bought a box of these and installed them in our home. In over 40 years of living in this house, we've never really had a pest problem except for an occasional wood spider, squirrel or a mouse or two. After turning these things on, we started experiencing "critter" noises within our walls about a week later. We figured it might be a mouse and set out a couple of regular mouse traps. All the traps were snapped closed the following day but no mice. So we tried again with the same result. Over the next couple days, the noises got loader and more pronounced. I set to investigating and discovered some burrowing around the house foundation and after checking the cellar, discovered the tunnels were entering into the basement! These critters were not only smart, but also appeared to be unaffected by the Rid Rite electronic pest control devices. After some serious effort it was final discovered that we were infested with rats! (they were to big to be caught in a standard mouse trap). We ended up resorting to poison and eliminated the entire problem within a couple days.My take on this is that these devices were actually calling these vermin in...and if that isn't the case, I can assure you that they didn't deter the rats from entering our home. What a nightmare....
