Delicious protein shake! It is filling and works great to satisfy cravings. I use it with coffee for mornings and is a great warmup for a light evening beverage.

Lean1 is the best meal replacement / protein powder I have tried -- and I have tried many. The product tastes good, and it keeps me satisfied for hours. Read the label. You will see the high level of nutrition in the product. It is loaded with vegetables, fruit and protein. It provides the perfect healthy meal replacement. Lean 1 is a great value. I buy the 5 lb. bag. The cost per serving is less than $1.60. Vanilla is my favorite flavor, but I always have chocolate on hand. Try different items to mix with it. I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk instead of water. It adds only 30 calories, and improves on an already great flavor. Use different frozen fruits. On the advice of a dietitian, on occasion, I add a square of 85% dark chocolate. These are so good, I will have them for breakfast and supper. I recommend giving it a try.

This is by far the best shake powder in all ways possible. I am a real person, this is a real review. I originally got my Lean1 drinks from the local Smoothie King store, but now I buy online. And the fact that they offer a bulk bag for a good price, simply awesome! The vanilla is, by far, their best flavor. This stuff really kills your appetite, which means you can do breakfast+lunch on shakes, then eat dinner & lose weight. I have lost 53 lbs using this stuff. Vanilla mixes well with fruit and veggies in a blender. Tried other brands, always come back to this.

Lean1 Meal Replacement Protein Shake in Strawberry is honestly one of the better protein powders I’ve tried—and I’ve gone through a lot of them. It mixes incredibly well, with none of the clumping issues you get from other brands, and the strawberry flavor is spot‑on. My only real complaint is the price. As good as it is, I’m not convinced it should cost that much. I might end up switching back to a different powder I’ve used before just to save about $30.

I have tried a few different meal replacements and this is my favorite. The 5 pound bag is the best value if you're going to have it every day. I have it 2x a day and have lost around 15 pounds in 3 months. I have tried the vanilla & the birthday cake and love both flavors. I mix mine with vanilla almond milk, flaxseed & ice, sometimes I add dark frozen cherries or pumpkin & cinnamon. Some reviews mentioned having a hard time closing the zip bag, I had that problem at first too. The powder gets stuck inside the zip, but I just use my nail or the tip of a safety pin and slide it across the inside of the zip until the powder falls out and the bag will close tight after that.
