Unable to download
I'm not an computer expert but, I'm unable to download the information onto my computer. I'm about to send it back.

Works - No issues
Adding another review to verify this works. Just plugged it in the back during first boot - auto detected. UEFI version auto-installed. Windows key provided as a laminated card inside the box.
