As some of the 1 star reviews warned, the product did come partially opened and clumpy. I can assure you it’s completely fine to use. I’ve been using mine for about 2 weeks and I don’t have any skin irritation and i’m not dead so I’m sure it’s fine, just a packaging issue. Other than that it’s a great product! I get dry hands quickly from the cold and washing my hands frequently so this scrub combined with some lotion fixes me right up. I love this product!!

This brand always delivers so I was surprised when I received this & used it for the first time. It seemed like perhaps it’s an expired/old product that dried out. It still gets the job done if I add some water to the exfoliant. There’s no way it is supposed to be dried out like it is though. It causes me to waste some of the product because when I scoop it out of the jar it gets messy where it is so dry.

I absolutely love this body scrub. I use it once a week unless I feel like I need to exfoliate more often. But coming from someone who has dry and sensitive skin, once a week seems to be working so far. It smells really nice and leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. It's definitely helped with my skin texture including the occasional back acne breakouts. Using this with a silicone body scrubber is I feel works better than with a washcloth.Highly recommend to give this product a try.
