Thin Care Jillian Michaels Fat Burner MetaCaps, 56-Count

I've been taking these for a couple years and love the energy I have. I take 2 in the morning with water. Really boosts my metabolism and energy. Sometimes if I don't drink enough water they do make my stomach a little upset (actually a little more like acid reflux) but a couple of Tums takes care of it. I started buying them at Walgreen's but they stopped carrying them, then CVS stopped too, so I've bought them on Amazon the last 2 times. They may not be for everybody but they work for me!

I went from 184 to 145 using this product. I've had this product over and over. Using it with the special way I have to eat along with the exercises I can do really worked for me. Drinking water is a necessity for life and should be done with everything meal and anytime. No side effects on me. Just the way you keep track of your meals and snacks as well as water intake and movements. I have more energy and don't have any caffeine besides these fat burners. I hope they come back out. I will definitely get them.

I taken them followed the instructions. I thought the first time I took them I got sick. I stopped them. When I felt better I took them again. Same thing. My stomach fot bloated and gurgling. I started throwing up. I am constipated severly. Yes I did workout. I did sweat taking these. I love Jillian but no more pills.

At first made my stomach really upset but ended up using them again and seemed to work really well

Works on appetite and energy as expected with no jittery side affects but I only take one capsule in the morning.

Not happy with this one, last time I got it couple years ago and it helped me feel full, so l could skip my meals and I lost 10 pound in one month, but this one is just make more energy, no help with the diet.

I noticed no different with these at all, and I was following the instructions to a "t", and eating a sensible diet. I really wanted them to work, but they did not.

When I opened the bottle both seals were broken (the outside and seal to bottle after the cap is off) and no cotton and I haven’t counted the pills but I’m sure it is not a full bottle!!!

I didn't see any difference with these pills
