Case Compatible with iPhone XR, Horse Head 1, Personalized Engraving Included

Don't order this case. My 12 year old horse crazy daughter had such high hopes. The case doesn't cover top or bottom of phone, just sides of the phone. It is HARD plastic (no give at all)... once we got it on, we struggled to get it back off and had to use a butter knife to assist... was scared we were going to break buttons at the point .... brand new phone. There is also no "lip" to the case to provide any screen protection at all should the phone get dropped. Giving it one star because the screen print / customization is absolutely beautiful. so disappointed. How do I return?
