I LOVE THIS! I work in surgery. I’m a hot hormonal chubby chick that wears a hot 20lb lead apron under a hot (non-breathable) impervious sterile gown, under hot boom lights for hours at a time. It’s SOOOO F*ing HOT. Being able to wear this under my hot a** lead thyroid shield is a game changer! If the back of my neck is cool, I can keep my wits about me. Expensive for the simple item that it is, but worth every penny!!!P.S. If you suffer from hot flashes, don’t flippin’ hesitate!Probably getting another one for home.

This helped me stay cool while walking dog in Florida summer weather. It lasts about 25 min which is all I need to walk dog. I also used it to ride my bike and it was good.Don’t expect to have an a/c around ur neck that’s not the goal. It just helps regulate ur body temperature for a small about of time.

I bought this for work because the distribution center i am at can get rather hot. This only stays cold for about 30-45 minutes. Not worth the money.

If you suffer from hot flashes this is a quick fix, it also helps staying cool under 97F weather like walking from the car to the building, and indoor it may stay cool up to about an hour or so, by then you should be fresh to wait for it to cool down in freezer. I did not mark excellent because I wish it could stay cool longer; it does freezes up within 20min. I strongly recommend this item.

This neck cooling wrap was smaller than I expected. It's also thinner than I expected too. It freezes quick and provides temporary cooling, which is noticeable for about the first 25 minutes. The ice inside the tube lasts for approximately 1 hour, but after the first 25 minutes it's not as cool as when you first put it on. You can still see some frozen ice and liquid after the first 25 minutes, but since the liquid is touching the tube instead of the ice it makes it less effective. The best thing is like I said earlier is that it freezes back up quickly. I use a plastic bag with the seal, put ice and cold water in it and place it in a small cooler bag to keep with me to refreeze this wrap when it completely melts so I can continue to use it. It's listed that it doesn't "sweat", but it actually does. I wear it low on my neck and put it underneath my shirt color so it's not noticeable, but when I go to take it off, the inside of my collar is wet and the cooling wrap is slightly wet too. It would be more effective if it was thicker and most likely last longer too. Overpriced for something this small and thin and I'm not sure how long it will hold up. It does provide some coolness on those hot days and nights so if nothing else is working for you, try this thing out.

Love this neck cooler! Long-lasting, doesn't sweat, easy to activate, provides much needed relief. Can be worn next to the skin or over clothes. Wish they made wrist-type as well. Marketing suggestion?

I am a dental hygienist. After Covid all the additional PPE made me overheat . I am sweating and digging up all day , which makes me have panic attacks . I had a fan for a little bit that attached to my belt but it didn’t cool me down enough pls added to an already noisy environment. This works really well .
