Bought this bike for my husband as a birthday gift and we've assembled it and done 2 round trips to work & back - total of 28 miles so far - including country lanes with two potential thigh aching hills never having get off to push, it`s brilliant! It looks good, motor pulls well &everything works well.My husband weighs over the 100kg maximum load carry and still accomplish 30 miles per full charge ,very very pleased and would recommend any ebike ,very good quality.Just one note of caution- that is not recommended for use in the rain because of the electrics.

My bike arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was much easier than feared. I most definitely agree with the many good reviews I've read and have had no problems with the bike so far (I've ridden about 100 miles).Can't wait for better weather so I can explore longer trails with this beast. They will be paved trails mind you - and I'm lucky to live where there are wide meandering paved riding paths. This may be billed as a mountain bike, but it's really a very capable rider for pavement, grass, most dirt surfaces - I would not take it on even intermediate mountain bike trails. It's too heavy, doesn't have nearly the stopping capability to ascend/descend dirt trails with confidence, and besides, I'd worry about it's components getting jolted out of working order by the rigors of off roading.

It came with good condition. Some attachment have independent package in the whole one. And the battery is well-made. I’d like to say, this bike is the one I want. I assemble it with the user manual. It’s not difficult for me to do that. The electric battery came fully charged and was easy to fit. For an electric bike is it’s very stylish and the electric element is very discreet.The tools which needed to be used during the assembling are also provided. I tried it. At the first time, I failed to change it to electric mode. Then I went to see the details on the page of the product. Then, I succeed. Really give me much fun this bike. Even when going out over long distances, on varied terrain, it provides an excellent ride.Good bike

Not only did I receive a great quality bike(my local bike shop was impressed), I also receive a great customer service! Now on to the bike itself, I weight 250lbs and the bike was able to hold me no problem! This mountain bike will be my starting point on not only to lose weight, but upgrade the parts like the shifter, pedal clips, and the rims. Overall, this bike is the best bike for starters to buy their starting e bike. If Western United had parts for bike, I would continue to buy their products or my friend wanna buy e bike I would buy their bikes here in the future.

Solid and great looking bike. Everything I needed it to be since my strength and energy are low, it gives me the boost I need to ride further without worrying I'll run out of energy.Exactly what I needed. Haven’t had any problems with it. Simple enough to put together.

The first ride was great. After charging for about 1 hour, it was enough for a short distance.The battery pack is removable and seems to have a decent amount of energy.I use the bike most days when going to work.It means I can use it's assist function so I don't need to break a sweat getting to work.You should just use the bike as normal if it runs out of battery power so you won't get stuck or you could just ride here and there completely on electric.I think it's better in assistance mode just because it means you get there faster.Lots of people talk about if the quality is good enough? You get what you pay for. Would recommend it !

I’ve ridden about 30 miles over 5 trips so far, and the bike has been a little better than I hoped.Assembly was good, gears were tuned but I had to cinch the brake cables tighter. I’m 175 pounds and trust it to go 20 miles pure electric regardless of hills and grades.You can set the pedal assist to 3 different settings and it helps take the strain out of going up hill.If the battery runs out it is a heavy bike, but will still go just fine. (Like an escalator temporarily becomes stairs when the power is out.). tip - plan rides pointed uphill to get the best of the battery. Off-road in the desert was easier than I expected. Seems well made.

As a bike fan and bike repair guy, I found the assembly to be fairly easy (I build bikes so I have that advantage). I say I saved more than 600 by purchasing and assembling this product.This is my first e-bike and going up long hills with the power Assist made my daily trips a breeze. The bike design looks great and I have replaced the cheap pedals with better ones.I can say now I’m very happy with the overall performance. I ride at night, I added a bright rear red light. The front lite included the bike is good.
