YRGB-3000 You Rock Guitar Gig Bag

I purchased it to gradually introduce my 11 year old pianist son to the guitar (and I also thought I could use it to improve on my guitar playing). I did not get the feel that I was playing the guitar. There is a time delay between plucking the string and tone generation, so strumming seems useless. It seems to be fine just fingering the fret board for lead, not that good for chords. I do not think that this is a substitute to even an electric guitar, it is more like a keyboard for guitarists. My son had no interest in it either and preferred a real guitar it spent most of the time tucked away under the bed (he is using my acoustic guitar now to learn and practice scales). I was hoping to use this as a practice guitar as it would fold down so compactly. I found quite a delay in it's responsiveness. I also did not like that the spacing of the frets does not corespond to a real guitar. The frets closer to the nut are too close together and the frets closer to the body are spaced too far apart. Really this is probably better as a gaming controller that could transistion you into real guitar playing.

Excellent accessory for the You Rock Guitar.You can store the You Rock Guitar even with the neck detached from the body to save space, it fits in a backpack!I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Fits the YRG just fine, with extra space for a headstock (if they ever actually offer one for sale). Nicely made...

Nice, specialized case for the YRGB guitar, but could use some more padding for protection of this fine instrument.

This is great to go along with the guitar. It keeps the guitar safe and can also carry the pics and the handle/arm of the quitar folds down to a compact size. He loves both products.

Get what you pay for.
